They help us big time with our ac problem at home and they are very nice people … they came to our house Sunday just to get it fix our ac even though they are not working on sundays …. Very recommended
A/C Kives did an outstanding job with my a/c replacement. The team was efficient, professional, time conscientious and exceeded my expectations! The level of care they put into their work is unmatched. They not only replaced my a/c unit but they also replaced the thermostat and made sure I knew how to operate it properly. After the installation they even went as far as to vacuum the floor for the clean up. I highly recommend A/C Kives!
A/C Kives has worked in several of my facilities around the DFW metroplex and they are second to none! They go out of their way to provide the most efficient (in time and cost) and honest service that I have ever used in the industry. Not only have they done commercial work for me, they have also worked in my residence with the same excellent service day or night.
I recommend A/C Kives for their professional and expert work. A/C Kives recently installed my new a/c unit. I bought my house 16 years ago. After servicing my unit before each fall and summer, each it became clear my unit needed to be replaced. My house was never the same temperature in every room until now! The team left my home clean and made sure I knew how to program the thermostat before leaving. Before my new unit, A/C Kives serviced my old unit before fall and summer. They are reasonable and offer extended warranty. Plus they are a family owed company. Best A/C service I’ve ever used. I had two other companies before A/C Kives. I have never had such excellent service.
Carlos and his crew came and installed a large commercial a/c heater unit for my home. They did an excellent job and Carlos went above and beyond to help with any questions or concerns I had. I purchased a Daiken unit which Carlos explained was a good quality brand and it is so quiet inside and outside. I would highly recommend Caros and his crew to help you with any a/c or heating issues you may have. I think He is one of the best people in the business! He stayed on the phone with me for long periods of time, explaining everything in detail prior to me purchasing the unit. He also came back and installed some vent covers on the unit that it didn’t come with and helped me with any questions or concerns i had about that and explain more about the unit to me. He is very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend A/C Kives for all of your heating and air-conditioning needs.!

Very kind and knowledgeable! Quick, speedy service and even taught the husband a few tips and tricks if this situation ever occurs again! He truly cares about his customers! When asked if we were his last stop he said that we weren't and then we apologized that he wasn't going home. Then he said 'I don't mind. I would feel terrible if someone needed me and I didn't go out to help them... and I got to stay in my nice, cool home' They have earned another lifetime customer!
If I could give them 100 stars I would. I called him in a Friday afternoon. At 6pm , it’s 104 hot outside , and he said I can be right over , and he was !! I can’t say enough good things about his place !! Thank you so so much !!

Very pleased with their service. We dealt with many places this last year trying to get out unit working properly. I wish someone would've referred them in the first place. They answered quickly and were very attentive and thorough. Gave use simple advice to get the most out of our unit as well. Reasonably priced.
Kives Heating & Air Conditioning came out to my house to check a wall furnace that was very noisy, going bang, bang, bang waking me up several times a night. They inspected it and found nothing broken, but they showed me the reviews on this wall furnace that showed extremely noisy. I ask how else I could heat my home. They showed me space heaters such as Mr. Heater. They were NOT selling them, just answering my question on how else I could heat my home. I purchased one on line and Kives Heating & Air Conditioning came out and installed it. And they did a wonderful professional job. They were even able to leave the loud wall furnace working if I needed it for extreme serious 0 type weather. I am very grateful for their help and their knowledge. They did an excellent job!
I've used this company on two separate occasions for issues with my AC (years apart) and each time they came out same day to help with my issues. They're always friendly and professional and they walk you through each test they do and explain what the values mean. They fixed my problem quickly and it stayed fixed. They're prices are really reasonable too. I recommend them to my friends whenever someone mentions having a problem with their AC and I plan to keep using them for the foreseeable future.

Carlos and his team are awesome! I called them for preventative maintenance and they were able to fit me into their schedule the same day. They really take the time to explain to you what they are doing and how the system works. They prefer you watch over them working so they can teach you about the system and show you what levels things are supposed to be at. They use advanced digital tools and gauges to make everything very clear. Their prices are reasonable. I will absolutely call A/C Kives again for future service needs.
I called ACKives for a second opinion, another company informed me i needed a whole new system. Carlos and his team inspected my ac system and truthfully told me what needed to be repaired. I have never been more pleased with Carlos and his family with regard to my heating and cooling needs. This company A/C Kives I've used for several years. To a man and woman the entire company is customer centric to a fault! The entire crew is honest and some of the most efficient people I've ever dealt with. Fair prices, great results and always going out of their way to provide value add service are the reasons I'll never use any company for my heating and cooling needs but A/C Kives.
