A/C Heroes New Orleans is a fantastic air conditioning and heating specialist company. I recently had them install a new HVAC system in my home and the process was seamless. They were professional, knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. The installation was done quickly and efficiently, and they made sure to explain all the features of the new system to me. The team also did a great job of cleaning up after the installation

I was referred to Mr. Brian Williams Jr by a family friend. Mr. Williams did a phenomenal job with my AC and Heating Repair. Major work needed to be done and he made it look easy. He was on time, very respectable and professional. Most importantly, he was efficient with his quality of work. He kept his work space clean and went OVER AND BEYOND to make sure my needs were met. Quick repair. Very professional. Stand up hard to come by place of business!! If you have any AC/heat issues this is your place!! Dependable, trustworthy and of their word!!! This review is coming from a customer that had one of those problematic units and these guys came back until it was right! Good reviews are easy with one stop fixes!! This was not the case and no fault of these guys (unit faulty from factory) these guys seen my problem through and I am forever grateful especially with all the darkness right now it’s refreshing to see some bright light and meet great people running a great business!!!
