Technician James from A & C Heating & Cooling came to do maintenance on my 23 yr old air conditioner and all the numbers were in a good range. He was so knowledgeable showing me as well as giving me tips to keep my system in good running condition. James also gave me a recommendation for a different warranty company because the current one I have delays payment to A & C Heating & Cooling which is uncalled for! Ironically, two weeks later my a/c stopped pushing cool air out. I spoke to Chris, the owner and surprisingly he was able to put me on the schedule within two days (bless his heart!)! McKinley was scheduled for my appointment and again he was so knowledgeable, professional and I received more great tips to maintain my a/c unit! Luckily he had the part the unit needed and I cannot thank A & C Heating & Cooling enough for cooling down my home in this treacherous heat! James and McKinley did such an amazing job with their different approaches in maintaining and fixing my a/c unit! Their expertise is a reflection of an excellent company and owner, Chris of A & C Heating & Cooling!! Thank you so much!!!
This company was assigned to fix our furnace by our Home Warranty Co. Communication was non-existent unless I called the Warranty company and complained. After a month with no heat, there's still no resolution from A&C, with only excuses. The part is common and can be overnighted by any HVAC supplier, yet was a challenge to get for A&C... Had to have our warranty company assign a different HVAC company because A&C was so bad.
Daniel Charles came out to fix my furnace this morning. Last night I contacted him and he was very quick to respond. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you very much for your timely response. My wife and I both appreciate it!

This company did the absolute best job with replacing my furnace. After being assigned to a different company at first by my home warranty company and having a terrible experience, I was very pleased with how considerate, communicative, and helpful this company was during my experience. They also quickly came out to replace my humidifier when we realized that also needed replacing which was extremely helpful. Definitely get these guys for all your furnace needs!
We had trouble communicating with our home warranty company and the guys at A&C were helpful, honest and very professional from start to finish. They not only did a great job with installation, they were friendly and went above and beyond to pass on a lot of knowledge every step of the way so we felt confident & understood what we were getting, how to properly operate it and even humored our nosy kids & pets! We’d definitely recommend them & will call again if we need any other services.
I contacted American Home Shield for a routine furnace check up, and they sent a young man by the name of Daniel from A & C Heating & Cooling LLC. Daniel did a thorough job of inspecting my furnace, answering my many questions along the way and educating me re. HVAC matters. I mentioned having had several unsuccessful service calls with another company, to find the leak over my condensor. Previous HVAC reps simply replaced the condensor, but never looked for the leak. I continued to experience leakage every winter and had to put something over my condensor to keep the water from going into the condensor when it leaked down. Within 5 seconds literally of me telling Daniel about this issue, he showed me where the leak was coming from in the piping and said it just needed to be sealed. He applied some waterproof Silicone sealant and - like magic - the problem was fixed! I couldn't believe that several previous HVAC service people didn't find the problem as quickly as Daniel did. I am so happy with the service of this company, with the technician and would recommend it highly! I should also add that I'm very pleased with my AHS warranty plan and the ease in using the online scheduling system which led me to A & C! Kathleen L., Wyandotte, MI

We recently had A & C install a new furnace at our home. Chris the owner, spent close to an hour answering my questions prior to the day of installation, a good trait. On the day of installation, we had Chris Humphries and Mike do the install. Chris H did a lot of due diligence before the install to forecast any problems that they may run into and mitigate them in consultation with me well ahead of time to avoid any surprises. I loved their "measure twice and cut once" approach. Chris H is very detail oriented, he ensured that everything is by code and took care of minute details like strapping the exhaust every 4 feet maintaining the incline required by code. The team stayed back until late to complete the job and made sure that we were not left without heat overnight, excellent work ethics. Mike and Rob who helped Chris H with the install were also a pleasure to work with. Definitely recommend them, great company.

My AC was not working come to find out my furnace was faulting out over mother board and blower motor. They went through a lot of trouble shooting. They even called the manufacturer to see if there was something they missed. Evidently there was a probe that was causing the furnace to fault out. Even though it took a few visits I liked the constant communication and great customer service
I Would HIGHLY Recommend doing business with A&C Heating and Cooling. Their technician initial diagnosis to my Home Warranty Company was my unit need Additional Repair. My Insurance Company denied the work and I am stuck without a repaired unit. A & C's owner (Chris) called and asked if he could come out and perform additional trouble shooting. After a number of tests he identified the root cause of the problem and ordered the necessary parts. A & C is Very Customer Service oriented and I will be a customer of theirs for life !
The fastest anyone has ever called after submitting a form online requesting a call back. Chris is a really great guy and it was a pleasure speaking with with him. He was honest and upfront about what they could do with my situation.
Real impressed with the level of service from A/C services. I was put in touch with them from my Home Warranty company. They made adjustments to work with my schedule and get our central air unit up and running less than 24 hours from the time I contacted the warranty company. This is obviously not the norm for this industry, but my family is extremely thankful. Daniel came out to fix my AC, knew what the issue was before he even opened up the unit, and was in and out in less than 10 minutes with a fix. House is cooling back down as we speak! He also explained everything that was going on as he was working on it. More service professionals need to deliver this type of experience. A/C Services will be at the top of my list to call with any future HVAC issues. Thank you guys!

Dan was great . He was timely, professional, and maintained the unit. He was very nice and did things the right way. Would highly recommend.
