A/C Family Appliance Service is the A/C company that I have used for the last 8 years. They do not only do my home, but my entire family. I highly recommend them.
I only have great things to say about the professionalism that Rodolfo and his team provided. Despite remote coordination, they delivered an incredible, great service, with quality and cleaned up as they completed the installation.
I have done business with this company a few times in the recent past. Whenever I have contacted them, they have always been quick to respond and have been willing to schedule an appointment in a timely manner. This company has been consistently reliable; they have always kept their scheduled appointments and they have efficiently kept me informed regarding the nature of the problem and solution. Overall, I have always been pleased with their level of professionalism and the quality of their work.
I’m agree with Tania, this company was right on time!!!.. I needed to replace a central AC unit (HVAC). They installed it on December 31,2019. This company is very responsible .Among four estimates this was the best price on a quality unit ( Carrier 2 tons PA16NA02400GAAAA) . They used the best quality products (the wall mounted bracket , anchors and drain pipes ) I’m very impressed by the service, very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Rodolfo gave me all the papers work in an envelope very well presented an explained everything about the warranty with the factory and in labor with them.. The tech was on time (very important) and immediately got to work on my washer and fixed the problem. Living in high rises can be a pain, he,s got insurance and is legit. I was really impressed by his professionalism. He knew his stuff! Usually coolers and appliances repairs are not cheap, but problem was fixed for $180. My whirlpool stackable thin twin had a loose spring. The tech said luckily it wasn’t broken because it would’ve been better to replace the entire unit. Glad I didn’t have to! Would recommend his services.
