I saw a FREE Tune-up segment on River City Live, the interviewer was Channel 4, Jana. So, I called to set up my FREE appointment. Kelly was very nice on the phone and scheduled my date & time, 26th April at 2pm, the following week. I did read some bad reviews and there is nothing negative to report about AC Engineers. Jeremy Rountree came out and he did his thing. He contacted me prior to his on time arrival. He arrived in a van with their logo and a name tag on his shirt identifying himself. He had his tools. He conducted a Home Health Report Card. He went through my system inside and out like a fine tooth comb. Jeremy was patient and answered my questions. I was totally educated on my HVAC system. Jeremy displayed such a dedication to his work. He was pleasant to communicate with for about 2 hrs. He never pressured me into purchasing anything. His salesman skills are smooth. A well polished machine. An asset to the companies growth for sure. I checked for my email report. I phoned to see why their was a delay. And Shawn answered, a very nice guy. Come to find out, we somehow had the wrong email address in the system for me. It was then corrected. I did receive my email report with color photos of my problem a/c unit and my red, yellow and green grade report. The Expert Findings on 2005 A/C Unit. FYI: The vehicle that came out was a Chrysler 300/Dodge back then. Anywhoo, my a/c unit, it's doing what it was made to do. The R22 became extinct for my unit and expensive to acquire. Yes, I live in Jacksonville FL and it's hot & humid! But I rarely turned on my a/c unit for heating or cooling. I could have paid better attention to the care of my a/c unit. It does have some corrosion. The wrong size filter was in it at the time of Jeremy's inspection, so there was dust on my coil. He was very surprised though that my 2005 a/c unit was still cooling. Again, Jeremy displayed no pressure tactics. I recommend Jeremy Rountree for a/c work. An honest working young man.
Ridiculous prices, I received prices for 10 AC companies in the JAX area and AC engineers were by far the most expensive quote. Comparing units and seer AC Engineers were $8000 more expensive! Be sure to shop around! Their financing “lease” option was borderline predatory when you calculate total cost.
I see that this company takes pride in there work and customers. Bruce is very professional and knowledgeable of his job knowing what to do to maintain or repair a unit. The prices are reasonable also.
My Best Experience with an HVAC company here in Jacksonville, Alban was very responsive professional and very Punctual, he figured out the issue and repair was done in a quick professional manner, their prices are very competitive, I really recommend this company
Very bad service and not reliable.they left me hanging with the issue and never call me.the worse I ever seen....
Words are not enough for how great A/C Engineers are. They were able to come out the same day and diagnose the problem on the spot. The whole experience has been so easy, they are extremely professional. Me and my family will only be using them for all of our AC needs. HIGHLY recommend !!

I have had A/C engineers do several jobs for me over the past year. He is punctual, knows his trade, fair in price, and pleasant to work with. No upsale tactics just sound work at a fair price. Gives the same attention to small jobs as he does large ones. I would highly recommend A/C Engineers, inc.

Gil and Gary were amazing. They found the leak in a few minutes. They offered to fix it without trying to sell me a new unit. I chose to replace the unit because it was very old. They gave me an excellent price and replaced it the next day. No hidden fees. No salemanship garbage. Just super professional and competent from start to finish. Friendly, professional and honest group of guys. I was lead to believe I needed to replace my entire a.c. unit come to find out it was just a small leak that only cost me a fraction of the $$ thanks to the through check done by Gil. Thank you

I called and they were at my house within the hour. They were very professional and did a great job fixing my AC in no time. I appreciated that they took their shoes off when stepping inside, and that they left their worksite cleaner than they found it. The work I had done was garaunteed for 30 days too. Five stars, do recommend!
A/C Engineers are professional, efficient, affordable, military friendly and timely!!!! I WOULDN'T use anyone else. THEIR EESPONSE TO MY TENANT AND TO MY HOME HAS BEEN NOTHING LESS THAN SUPERIOR.
