DO NOT CALL ANYONE ELSE. In the middle of this heatwave my AC could not keep up and my house got up to 86. Brett offered to come out THAT NIGHT even at 730. We scheduled a time for the next morning and he was there exactly when he said. Took care of what i needed and explained everything. His price was way cheaper than i was quoted by the other “big companies”. He is now my go to for any of my HVAC needs and I will refer him to anyone i know.
In the middle of the 4th heatwave of the summer mid-August our air conditioner died on us with a high of 97. Brett came over immediately, diagnosed the problem, went way out of his way to find the new parts, and got our system back up and running all in the matter of hours. He is knowledgeable and thorough and a master of his craft. Anyone would be wasting their time by not calling Brett for their hvac needs.
The owner was awesome, he was prompt, quick, and professional. His pricing was more then fair, and his work was impeccable. I def recommend him throughout the area.
I have used Brett 2 times now for heating and plumbing jobs his work is excellent, he is prompt and courtrous, he cleans everything up and is reasonably priced.

First, I had trouble finding anyone who was interested in my project - replacing the oil burner in my boiler with a gas burner. Then I found Brett and A&B Heating and Cooling, and am I glad I did. Brett is responsive, he and his team do professional looking work, and they clean up when they’re done. Next time, there will not be any need to call around, because Brett is my guy.

I have had Brett install new ac units, furnaces and water heaters at several of my properties and he has always done a great job. I highly recommend you get a quote from him before your next upgrade or repair.

EXEMPLARY SERVICE!! During the last stretch of 90+ degree weather, our AC started failing about 830 Sunday Night. It wasn't sustaining comfortable temperatures and with a 25 year old unit, I was discouraged. Brett texted us within 20 minutes, introduced himself and asked us what was going on. We set an appointment and he came out promptly at the time we arranged. Brett is not only a subject matter expert, but he explained what he was doing and where the failures were occurring. After repeated attempts to troubleshoot the old unit, Brett successfully normalized our temperature! I then decided that we should replace the unit to avoid similar breakdowns because it had become end of life. Brett and his team overcame obstacles that are commonplace with an older home, including the proximity of the unit itself during the remove and replace portion of the job. During the project, he took special interest in providing updates and details of the progression of the install. He worked tirelessly into the evening in order to ensure our comfort during the heatwave. After the work was done, he called us back to check how the unit was performing. The unit is working great and we have temperatures that we've never had before❄⛄👍 Awesome job to Brett and his team--- many thanks, highly recommend!

Love this company! Excellent customer service from start to finish. I set my appointment, I got a reminder call and a text when Mr. Middleton was on his way. I was overly satisfied with my results and I recommend A+B heating and cooling highly!
I experienced a scary issue as a homeowner. There was a very mechanical smell coming from my basement. Turns out I somehow avoided a fire in the heating unit left in my home by the previous owner. Contacted A&B, Brett came onsite and conducted an assessment, providing me with a level of assurance that technically the faulty part could safely be replaced. I knew the unit was older and while I appreciated his honesty in not trying to get over on me as most contractor would to jack up the cost of labor for work!!! I decided to just go ahead and have a brand new unit installed. Afterall, I didn't plan on moving anytime soon! The install was quick and affordable. I've had MANY contractors try to play the "Smoke screen and Mirrors" game with me (especially as a female). I so appreciated Brett's transparency in my options! I've since recommended A&B services to family and friends for general heating and a/c maintenance services.
His work was poor, un-knowledgeable and sloppy. Never ever use this fly by night company. He has no idea what hes doing
Brett came out within the hour at 5 am to service our unit. I strongly recommend using this company for their great response time and customer service!
