DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY STOLE FROM US Took 3 weeks longer to install (from estimated 2 days), ordered the wrong unit, and the unit stopped working after 2 nights. They came back to fix and STOLE a watch, jewelry, and passport. Only the watch was returned because we threatened them with proof. Only finding out about the missing passport the night of a big trip we had to cancel. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Writing this in-case anyone else thought of using these people. Save yourself and look elsewhere!! If this review is deleted by AA we will be filing a lawsuit.
On short notice they scheduled the service, the repairman showed up on time, actually early. He diagnosed the problem, had the part in his truck, installed it, A/C now runs fine. Thank you A-Anderson

Mr. Wallace came out in extreme weather to check on issue with no hot water after furnace was repaired. He got the issue taken care of immediately, and he even gave me a full explanation of the problem. Dylan repaired the furnace, and he too was prompt, efficient and got it taken care of. Very personable and knowledgeable young man. I was 💯 pleased with the job done. Both gentlemen were very professional and got things taken care of. I highly recommend.
Kudos to Anderson Air. The entire team were professional and engaging from the scheduling to the service call. The team took time to help me resolve the issues I was having with my Pioneer Mini split throwing a P2 code. Stacey responded to my house first thing the next morning on time and immediately made me comfortable. He showed up prepared and ready to work. He had already downloaded the manual, contacted tech support and began diagnosing and troubleshooting the problem. He methodically checked the system and was able to identify that a wire was not seated properly on one of the sensors. I will absolutely use Anderson Air for all my future HVAC and Mini Split repairs.
These people are awesome! My AC broke down on the hottest day of the year. I spent several days calling HVAC companies who only wanted to sell me a full system not just the coil. The companies who were reluctantly willing to sell me a coil, said they couldn't be out for at least a week or two. Not only was A-Anderson willing to replace my coil but they could do it right away and for the right price. After getting close to a dozen quotes, A-Anderson had the best price and the best product. It was a no-brainer! They didn't just replace my coil with an off brand to save money. They replaced it with the exact same model I already had in my Lennox Elite system, and they gave me a 10-year warranty! Not only that but they squeezed me in the next day, coming after they were done with all their other appointments and staying until after midnight to get it installed. Then they came back out later to re-inspect their work and make sure everything was running correctly. These people gave me the highest quality product, at a better price than other companies had quoted for lower end brands and got it installed quicker than anyone else would have. Don't waste time or money like I did messing around with other companies, call A-Anderson instead. They will be honest and treat you right!
Technician showed up on-time to diagnose a problem I was having with one of my rental properties. He got to work before I even could meet him there and finished just as I was pulling up. I will hire them again when needed.

This is the best company that I have ever used , and I’ve used quite a few . Day or night they will come, and not leave until it’s finished . I’ve even had them out on Sunday night . If you ever have a problem call them , otherwise your wasting time . M. W.
A-Anderson was the first company responded to my request thru Home Advisor and they dispatched their master electrician, Stacy McManus; to assist within hour and half. And big thanks to Stacy - he stay till mid-night to replace my damaged panel and restored services. Stacy has to be one of the best in the field!
They installed for me new AC and a new Furnace.i got the best deal in DFW area. excellent customer service !!.From purchase to installation , they exceeded my expectations.If I can give them 100 stars I will . Definitely will recommend to all my friends and family. Jack is a great guy with a lots of experience .
If you need A/C services, this a great company to use! They were able to get our installation done very timely and finished up just as they told us they would. During the consultation, we discovered our current unit was undersized and needed to be larger if replaced. We have had multiple other A/C experts out across 7 years and no one else has every diagnosed that issue for us! The new unit is so much better. Our house is much more comfortable. We are so thankful for A-Anderson and cannot thank them enough!!
I needed help diagnosing what I believed was a freon leak in both of my ac units. Eric was early and quick. He showed me where the damage was in both units inside and explained why the corrosion and rust caused the units to work harder. He also went outside and diagnosed the units there. He discovered how old they were and measured the pressure to let me know how inefficiently they were running. Spoiler alert, they were made in 1984 and seriously falling apart and inefficient. Chryll called as soon as I put in a request for a quote and was always on top of the communication. They both let me know what needed to be done and provided me with documentation I needed to get my units replaced. I couldn't be more pleased with my decision to go with A-Anderson Air! Great Job Guys and Dolls!!! I will pass on the word!
Technicians are very knowledgeable. Responsive office. They brought a couple of portable temporary A/C's to use until the system was replaced with a Heat Pump/AC system. I would use them again and recommend them to others.
Jack was very flexible and provided a fair cost for services. Work was done professionally and on time. When an emergency came up that required his team on site, he made on the spot adjustments and help us out in a bind. Could not have imagined better service! Thank you! I will use them again for sure!!!
Great installation crew who did an awesome job when the temperature outside were 100+ degrees.
Installed a ductless A/C system for me, and did an excellent job! Jack went above and beyond to get the system installed, even working on a weekend to get it done. Absolutely fair prices and exceptional service, no hidden expenses or bad surprises. If (when!) I ever have an A/C issue again, I know I will be calling A-Anderson!
Amazing company, on time , responsive , they took care of AC problems and while we had no AC they brought it two portable units to take care of my kid’s bedroom. I really appreciate you guys!
My HVAC system was old and not working well. Mr. Wallace and his crew did a wonderful job in replacing my unit.
