Mark at A+ AC and Heating had always treated us super well! He’s even helped my husband troubleshoot stuff over the phone free of charge 🙂They’ve never told us we needed a service or product when we didn’t and their goal always seems to be making things as low cost as possible without sacrificing quality. When we replaced our AC units through them they mailed us the manufacture rebate paperwork all filled out except for our signature to save us as much time and money as possible. Cannot recommend them more 🙂 and they’re typically really good about getting you in quickly!

Mark‘s company install AC for me . He Warrenty and included tuneup but never showed up to do anything. When I called for tuneup they charged me and when I tried to talk to them he refused to talk to me. I won’t trust his company.

We purchased a new home not knowing we needed a whole new HVAC system. We called for a price quote and received a quote in less than 24 hours. We had been searching for price quotes around town, and decided to hire this company to render services. We received equal turn around time to discuss a booking install date. When that date came, these very professional gentlemen, greeted and worked professionally throughout their duration of the install. When most other companies provided different options of what to do on our install, this company was very knowledgeable in explaining (in details) the most efficient way to install for our two story home floor plan! Their professionalism and quality of services they provided was exceptional! Truly made our lives (the convenience) easier! If you are looking for knowledgeable, professional, efficient, affordable services, these guys will not disappoint! We are very satisfied with everything, start to finish! Amor AC & Heating is the only company I'll ever use for my AC/Heating needs. Eric came by today, and as usual immediately deduced the problem, fixed it and proceeded to charge me the fairest price. He is knowledgeable, professional and kind and always on point and will even come late at night if it's an emergency. I am very lucky to have this company around to count on. I have used him for many years now and I've always had the same consistent wonderful service and I highly recommend him.
We had on time Elmer's come out to service our old AC and it ended up that we needed a new system all together. Their prices were nothing short of robbery and their customer service was just bad. A neighbor recommend A+ and their prices were fair and the work was outstanding. Thanks Mark.
So thankful for this company. They came & saved us after essentially getting duped by a seller. Also came & installed necessary wiring when we wanted to switch to our Nest thermostat. So thankful.

AC went out on one of the hottest days so far. I'm not one to be in heat and needed fast service. Amazingly Mark made it happen and our AC is working and we even got a new thermostat. Definitely reasonably priced and will highly recommended.

Seriously I cannot give these guys enough credit! Our AC went out yesterday afternoon and Mark came out that evening to check it out and give us recommendations on what we needed. We ended up needing a new system and he came out this morning and was finished before noon! I was stressing because the weather is getting warmer but I’m now sitting in my home in comfort! The hustle and customer service is on point with this company!! 10/10 recommend them if you are looking to replace your unit or just need some maintenance.
A+ is hands down the best A/C company in San Antonio. Mark and his boys were professional during the install. A+ also had the best price for our system change out. I would highly recommend using A+ for new installation, replacement of existing system or even yearly preventive maintenance.

Having moved into our first home and having such a horrible experience with major ac issues within 6months we entrusted in this company not knowing what to expect. Trust us when we say that mark and his team are as honest as they truly come! They were efficient and extremely professional.
