2nd time using this company. First time our water heater stopped working and he fixed in within minutes. Then our heating turned off last night due to the winter storm. I called them and he was here in less than an hour. He fixed it quickly with a reasonable price. Will call them again if we need any repairing done.

We came home late on a Sunday and our heating was out. We called A&A and they were here within 20 minutes, found the problem quickly, and fixed it right away. The price was very reasonable and we would recommend them!
I got home from work and found that the temp in my house was down to 55°, it was already almost 5pm so I was worried no one would be able to come out. I called and they said they would be here in few hours. They made it out, and fixed the problem quickly and way less expensive than I was expecting for a late evening service call. I highly recommend this business.

I had a great experience with A&A. I came in a timely manner. Diagnose my problem, did the repairs at a reasonable price. I was very impressed with professionalism and respect of the worker. I highly recommend them.
I called this place 2 days after a flood occurred in my basement, and Al, the technician came out immediately and fixed my furnace within minutes. Very polite, very professional, very fast. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! So thankful they helped so fast. You guys rock! Thanks again!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Does not know how to talk to people when conducting business. My wife asked him numerous times to keep calm because he was being disrespectful in front of our children. Tried to to charge us $379 to tell us what was wrong instead of fixing it. And then gave us a basic thermostat from our digital thermostat. Can I talk to your "supervisor" that you said I can talk to the day of. It has been several days and I still have not heard from him.

WOW! Beyond excellent service! Tech showed up 40 minutes later just as he stated in our phone conversation. Had the problem diagnosed within 15 minutes and completely fixed in under 3 hours! He was polite, honest and straightforward. Highly recommended!
