Rolled the dice, and took Google's suggestion! And I admit I really don't trust Google! This time it suggested a great company! They had to order a part, so I figured next week the work would be done! I figured wrong! They told me it would be done today and it was! The Tech knew her stuff! And I will gladly use them again! Sometimes it a good thing to be wrong!
Kim was great! I was able to get an appointment in a very reasonable amount of time and she was extremely honest about my repair. I ended up choosing not to try and have it fixed on her recommendation. A lot of people would have charged me a lot for what would likely have been a temporary fix. I appreciate her honesty and would absolutely call A & A again.

Answered phone on first ring. Only about an hour wait for technician. Very quick diagnosis and repair. Jennifer was very knowledgeable and friendly.
Kimberly has been doing repairs for my business and home for years, I would trust no one else.
Kimberly was fantastic. I have a home warranty and they kept telling me.they couldn't get anyone out to even look at my dryer for over a week and a half. One phone call and she was out the next morning and had it back up and running in about 15 minutes.
Came right out and fixed my easy problem within a day.

A&A is extremely responsive. Extremely knowledgeable and very capable. They fixed our dryer and then three weeks later we had problem with dishwasher. Both were fixed the day they came to the house. I recommend very highly.
A&A Appliance and HVAC, LLC did an amazing job repairing our dishwasher. Within a week, they inspected the issue, ordered the part, and came to replace it. The morning they came to replace the item, it was anticipated that it would take 30 minutes to an hour. They were in and out within 10 minutes and I now have a working dishwasher! The professionalism and expedited service definitely puts them above the rest. I highly recommend their service expertise.
Kimberly has done several appliance repairs for me. She has always solved my appliance problems and I can totally depend on her. She is always prompt and very polite. She is extremely knowledgeable and I would highly recommend her.
Our dryer was acting up I called on a Wednesday afternoon they were able to come out the next morning. They collected info on our dryer so they were able to bring parts. They fixed it on the spot and were in and out within less than 30 minutes! Our dryer is working perfectly and we will use them for sure if we need any repairs in the future!

needed washer repair, they came over and checked it out, no service was done. was charged 85$. called, like 5 times and left two messages over the next week or two, no response. called somebody else
Very professional. Gave honest feedback and advice as to what was wrong with our whirlpool washer machine. Didn't swindle us out of money. Will definitely use this company again!!
An overall miserable experience. Technician was not wearing a mask despite current COVID issues and there being an at-risk senior in the home, but that's just the icing on the cake. Was not able to get the unit running... because they misdiagnosed the problem. Had to pay a second company to fix their mistake. Repairman was rude and pushy in person when he was at our home, more interested in selling us a new unit than even bothering to explain what the problem actually was. And when we called to complain, the owner - the repairman's father, apparently - was extremely rude, and hung up on me with a parting comment that "my son wouldn't make a mistake like that". Absolutely would not call again. The only reason this review is one star is the system won't let me do less.

My AC unit was no longer blowing cold air and my lines were frozen solid, I called A&A and they were able to give me some guidance over the phone, and then came and recharged my Freon the next morning! The turnaround time was awesome; from the time I called, to the time my AC was blowing cold air again was less than 24 hours! I appreciate the quick turnaround, and the honest professionalism.
