Needed a quote for a water softner system. Jonathan came out and gave us a fair price and was very knowledgeable and thorough. I've used A-1 before and this company and their plumbers are excellent!

My air conditioner stopped working so I called A-1. Ashley was great. They were booked up with the sudden heat wave, but she was able to work me in the same day. Steve came out in the afternoon and fixed me up. It needed a cleaning, some Freon and a new filter. Thank goodness it didn’t need replaced! Steve was very honest about what was needed and I very much appreciated his knowledge and skill. I would highly recommend A-1. I’ve been using them for years.
Paid $70 for an estimate of 20 feet gas line for fireplace conversion. Was over estimate time by 3 days and they told me it would be an additional $200 because supply prices has increased. The same technician who gave the estimate came to install. Husband got him to waive the $200 extra because that is ridiculous and prices didnt increase THAT much. Husband also suggested flex line so pipe wouldnt have to be disassembled if insert ever needed to move. Technician never thought of that. Install took 2.5 hours and about half of the feet of pipe to complete, that includes time traveling to store for flex line. We were still charged $1580 even though it was estimated too high. They like to price gouge their customers. Will not use again!

I can always depend on Reed and everyone at A1. Best service best company. I could not be happier. Went six days in this 100° weather without air conditioning and Reed is always there to come and fix everything that goes wrong in my house. I really appreciate him and everyone. Thank you A1 for everything that you do for me. You sure make my life easier.
Another great experience with these top-notch professionals! Worst-case scenario…A/C stops working during the hottest week of the year. They got to us in the morning and fixed the problem (thermostat wiring issue) just like that. We love the texts they send when a technician is on the way. We can’t recommend A-1 any more strongly.
I can’t say enough about how easy A-1 was to deal with. They worked me into their schedule the same day my air conditioner broke down on a very humid 93 degree day, felt like 100. Vernon was very nice and professional. He explained the problem and had it up and running 30 minutes after arriving. I would recommend A-1 to anyone needing heating or air conditioning work done.
Absolutely outstanding service and craftsmanship. A1 installed a freestanding shampoo bowl in my salon, it was a bit of a challenge in my old building but they made it work and they made it beautiful! Special shout out to Ashley for her expertise in salon sinks and shampoo bowls, and also Tony for incredible service. Very clean, very quick, extremely courteous. Thanks A1!
I was able to get a service call schedule very quickly and the receptionist was very pleasant. Their SMS/Texting practices were also very helpful. I received a text to confirm the appointment and received another about 30 minutes before the technician was to arrive. The techs gave me the best case and worst case scenarios. My service call ended up being the worst-case, but they charged exactly what they quoted me. Work was done quickly and done with integrity.

AC quit working evening before, called the next morning and they came that day and fixed it!!! I like the way they send a text and then they send another one with a picture of the technician when they’re on their way. I was lucky to have Vernon today and he was amazing, explained everything, had what he needed on the truck, and my AC is up and running!! This business does it right!!
My elderly neighbor just used A1 and is thrilled! He had a sewer issue that a rooter company wanted to charge him a fortune to fix. He was beside himself! A-1 came out and fixed the problem for a fraction of that estimate! My neighbor is very hard to please and could not have been more satisfied. Thank you for being honest, trustworthy & doing good work!!
Overall customer service was fantastic from first call, to scheduling, and each follow-up visit. John Durino was great! What impressed me the most was his commitment to a high-quality finished product and insistence that the customer be satisfied before calling the job done. I would call again should the need arise! We ALWAYS call on A-1 for any of the services they provide which we need at the time! From the initial courteous greeting at the beginning of our call to the final request for a summary of the service visit, we have been totally satisfied. Our home has been "needy," in many respects and A-1 has replaced a broken disposal, installed an excellent kitchen faucet, replaced toilet tank parts and installed lighting fixtures. They send out excellent service coupons with money saving "deals," and arrive promptly as scheduled.
They know their business.
