Our heat wouldn’t turn on and we talked to someone named Robert on the phone who was extremely helpful and patient and got our heat working. Highly recommend!
Awesome service. I needed service on my 2 furnaces and water heaters and Robert was able to come out the next day and fix me up. Highly recommend.
Furnace stopped working on a saturday. They were able to get the parts and fixed it the same day. It will cost a bit on the weekend, so if you can wait to have it fixed it will be cheaper. I paid extra because the temps are below freezing. Well worth it to me to have my heat.
Great company, great service, and great technician. I honestly couldn't have asked for a more respectable human being. He was super polite and more than willing to help. Hands down the best technician in the Greater GR area.
I am still waiting for an estimate since last Wednesday, It is now Monday, I was promised one in two hours after he was here. I called twice, Two phone calls, and a promise, Do NOT Waste Your time, he Will Waste yours. As you can see by his response, he does not take responsibility for his actions. Do not deal with this company.
TJ is always prompt and gives good advice without padding his pockets. I recommend A-1 to everyone I know!!
Just wanted to say that I appreciate all the work that Robert did to convert my propane line and furnace to natural gas. I know it wasn't easy trying to figure out what to do without the necessary parts. But he got the job done at a very reasonable price. I will keep this company in mind the next time I am in need. Thanks again....

A-1 customer service is amazing! They went above and beyond to get my a/c system fixed. The first tech came out and found that he didn't have what he needed to fix the problem. We were leaving town the next day and instead of making us wait until after the weekend, they came back out at 9:15pm to make sure the job got done! I am so grateful and impressed with their service. Robert even showed me how I could fix the problem myself if I wanted to. I love A-1 and won't ever use another company. 👍🏻❄️/🔥👍🏻
Our furnace died and the same day they came out to look at it. Two days later they put a new one in. The crew was fast and friendly . Great service and saved lots of money. Recommend to EVERYONE!!!
My wife and I literally returned from the hospital last night with our newborn daughter to find our furnace is not working and it was 13° outside. I called up A-1 and told them about the problem and our situation, and he spent 20 minutes on the phone talking me through every solution to get it fixed right away. It turns out ice was clogging intake vents and the technician did not even need to come out. He was happy to help at no charge. I was blown away by the service, and I will definitely be going with this company to replace my system when it needs to be replaced in the next few years.
Called A-1 looking for a new compressor fan for my AC that quit on me on a saturday. Technician didn't have time to swing by my house to sell it to me due to other appointments but invited me to swing by his house while he was getting ready for the day to pick it up. Super accommodating Upon showing him pictures of the information tag/stickers he noticed that my run capacitor was shot( they bubble up apparently, who knew!). I left with a $20 part vs a $150 and had it in and the AC running again in 20 mins. I will definitely be using these guys again in the future.
Never again will I use this contractor. He pulled a permit with the city, and it didn't pass inspection. How can a license contractor not pass inspection on a basic furnace insulation? Do you research before hiring!
