First of all, Mark was very professional in presenting services and products. Jordan and Austin did a fantastic job with the installation- were very courteous and professional.
Tyler from A-1 Finchum was at my home to fix my heat within 30 minutes of calling the company. He was extremely pleasant, professional, and answered all my questions with the level of detail that I asked for. I don't normally go out of my way to leave positive reviews, but I have had several atrocious customer service experiences lately. Tyler was such a welcome change of pace that I felt good customer service should be pointed out and rewarded. This is the third service call I have had with A-1 Finchum this year between two addresses. Everyone I speak to has been pleasant and helpful. I will continue to use A-1 Finchum for all my HVAC needs as long as their customer service remains this good.
Everyone we have dealt with at A-1 Finchum has been pleasant and helpful. Chris and Alexander did a great job replacing a hood between the HVAC and the house. We will definitely use them again.
I had a new HVAC system recently installed by Philip and Austin. They were awesome and provided great service. They were pleasant, honest, and professional. They answered my questions, which were many, without hesitation. They were considerate and understanding of my concerns. I highly recommend Philip and Austin for your new HVAC system, they will do a great job and make you their top priority.
We had a new AC system install today. Phillip and Austin did a fantastic and thorough job! Tyler was out here few days ago and assessed the issue in no time. Allen, the salesman, worked out everything to schedule our installation earlier. These A-1 employees did a professional and excellent job -- thank you! We recommend A-1 Finchum!!
Recently had A1 install new AC system during a time of very high temperatures. They arrived on time, worked quickly and once finished, stayed long enough to make sure everything was working as it should. Tyler, Phillip and Austin were all very knowledgeable on the system and were able to answer any question I had. Will recommend A1 to others.
Our repairman was on time, professional and very polite. He diagnosed the problem and made the repair quickly.
A-1 Finchum came out today for a service call on two units. We called and quickly got assigned to a technician, Michael, who was in the area and came to check our units. He was amazing and made us feel informed of everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He went above and beyond on the service and gave us a few recommendations to make sure our systems are always in good shape.
We had a great experience with A-1 Finchum! Called for quotes from several companies for a total HVAC replacement. Called A-1 on Friday afternoon and Mark was there SATURDAY morning to evaluate and give us a quote. Mark was very down to earth and spoke in terms I could understand. Their price was competitive but we definitely choose A-1 because of the customer first mentality Mark presented. We weren't disappointed! It took 1 week to schedule the install and the techs were on-time, communicative, and done in less time than we thought. The new unit works great and we couldn't be happier! I recently had A1 Finchum Heating and Air install a new American Standard AC/heat pump unit at my residence. It went well from start to finish! Jerry, Noah and Blake were very knowledgeable and professional with the install and left my basement as clean as they found it! Technician was very professional and knowledgeable. Had two other companies indicate my issue would need to be resolved with a new unit. Rafael came out and figured out the problem was a bad drain line. A1-Finchum is now my official AC service moving forward! Thanks!
Great Service!!!! The temps have been in the 90s for several days and Saturday about 9 PM the air condition stopped working. The Nest Thermostat Showed Error e195. I called for service and received a call back very quickly. The service Tech, Steve, knew exactly what was wrong based on the Nest error message. He said he would be here in an hour and was here in 30 minutes. He was very respectful of COVID concerns, wore a mask and social distanced. All was fixed and the air working a little after 10 PM. You could not get any better than that!!!! Very reasonably price for a late Saturday Night Service call!!!!
Bryce and David put my new AC unit in today, they were prompt, knowledgeable, and extremely fast for the job they did (only took about 5 hours for a new unit) Would highly recommend this company to others.
I am sorry I ever called this company to look at my issue but seeing how they installed the HAV system in my new built house 1 year ago – it was still under warranty. Issue started early on a Tuesday morning – lighting stuck very close to my house and I lost the downstairs air – thermostat has no power. I called this company first thing in the morning (9:00 am) – was told no one could be out until Thursday between noon and 3 pm. At 3:30 on Thursday no one has shown and no one has called – so I called for a status – was told someone will call me back within an hour with an update (will soon find out they say this to get you off the phone and no other reason) – 5 pm – no tech and no call – called again – was told someone will be calling me in the next hour as the tech assigned to me is still on another call and my call has been assigned to someone else. 6:15 tech calls and says he is on the way – shows up a little before 7 pm ( 4 hours late – but if what they said was truthful and they were on another call – understandable – but does not excuse lack of communication) – tech looked at the system – I showed him the thermostat that has no power - - he looks at it says thermostat appears fine – it is not getting power from the main unit – goes in our attic – after 45 minutes comes down and say the issue is a board has blown and that board sends power to the thermostat and he cannot jump it to get us working temporarily. He says he does not have the part and it will be the next day first thing when he can check – and he will call us and let us know status. BTW – that will be $98 - Friday morning – 10:15 am – no call – we call to check on status – are told someone will call us within an hour with the status – 12:45 no call yet – we call are told the tech is out to lunch and will call us with status when he gets back – a few choice words made it very clear we were not happy – a little after 1 tech calls and tells us he was wrong and that after talking to someone else (
The first guy that came out his name was bill and he was super nice and very fast! He explained everything as he went and got done on time. Al though.i dont think it was anything at all he did we had to call them back out the same day and Steve B came out and he was not only so very sweet he also went out of his way helping me! He talk to us like he knew us his whole life and he fix the problem! Ice cold air now!! Thanks Steve B.
It's sad to say but we had not had our units serviced in over 15 years. I was fearful that we would need a lot of work so never made the call. However, I finally called A-1 Finchum and they had Jacob come out to check out our units. He was so nice and told us the good and bad of our units and said we only needed a little coolant! He gave us some pointers on how to keep our systems running strong. We signed up for the annual service from this experience. Would recommend to anyone. Great company.

Just had 2 new units installed lower floor package unit upper floor split unit. The product is amazing, the install crews extremely knowledgeable, professional, out of 3 estimates A1 Fitchum most honest and the best value our customer experience well beyond our expectations.
I give this company an A+++. I was impressed from the start when the salesperson visited my home to discuss my needs and price a system. I never felt pressured to overspend or buy more than I needed. I had 2 additional companies scheduled to give an estimate but I canceled the appointments. I was comfortable in my decision to to go with A-1 Finchum. My installation was scheduled for 3 days later. Noah, Daniel and Bryce showed up on time and quickly had my old system removed and the new one installed. All 3 were courteous and respectful during the entire experience and even took the time to answer my questions about a unit for my sunroom. Again, I want to say thank you to the entire team. I've found a company to take care of all my HVAC needs and, as president of my HOA, will recommend A-1 Finchum to all my fellow homeowners.
