Called on July 4th for AC not working Darrell contacted someone in my far west location for availability and confirmed to me tech would be on his within the hour. House temp was 90degrees. Tech arrived, spent 2.5 hours and discovered issue and repaired. Very satisfied
I recently had my AC stop working at 8pm 6/26/23 I reached out to alot of different AC companies with big names I had seen on TV or Radio and were in the top searches on google. All of them couldnt tell me if they could have someone out to my house immediately or if I had to wait until the morning and all of them needed to take down ALL of my information first before giving any time frame. Since I have a 4 month old baby and needed the situation to be addressed asap this was a little annoying. I found 911 Heating Cooling and Plumbing after scrolling past the top google searches and Scott answered his phone almost immediately. He was able to let me know the minimum cost up front and was able to get back intouch with me very quickly to tell me he could have a tech available and on the way within half an hour. Robert was my guy he should up and diagnosed the problem quickly and luckily had the part needed to fix the issue on his truck. All said and done I only had my AC out for a couple hours total. I would definitely recommend them if you need things done fast and correctly and will keep them at the top of my list in the furture. Thanks guys!

911 removed n reinstalled an Evap system. With in two hours everything was completed. The work crew was very courteous, informative, knowledgeable of their jobs and they were very punctual. Pricing was reasonable. I have no complaints of the work preformed or the crew. Thank you so very much. Will definitely used 911 to put in my new walk in shower.
I learned about 911 Heating, Cooling & Plumbing by reference and have switched to them for all our needs. They are a tremendous value, always professional and trustworthy. There is none of that hard oversell. Rob came yesterday for AC maintenance and was great. Customer for life.

Excellent service from our 911 Heating Cooling & Plumbing HVAC tech. He clearly explained all the details of the HVAC work being done, handled both upstairs and downstairs filters, and cleaned up the duct or hose (or whatever they are called) of our outside air conditioning unit. The refrigerant was also replaced. He had great feedback on the health and status of our 2 units. He did a consult before this, which was also very useful. And, the tech was engaging and a nice guy, which always helps! I would recommend this company. In fact, I am trying to schedule them for a water filtration system set up soon. Really good company!
Had a great experience with this company! We had a sink that was leaking and a broken drain stopper and they fixed both for us! We plan to use them for any future plumbing work and also for HVAC needs in the future. So happy my sister recommended them to us! Justin was the tech we had, he even pointed out we needed to change our air filter as a bonus (the calendar alert has just gone off this week to change it out - he was right on)!

Had root in sewer system in a rental & Justin came out & cleared the line. He showed up on time, texted me prior saying he was on his way. I would recommend them
Not happy with this company. I have hired 911 Heating Cooling & Plumbing twice for properties I intended to buy. I would never work with them again and advice you to do your research and not just take the referral from your property inspector when hundreds of thousands of dollars are on the line. I worked with them the first time for a sewer scope and the second time for a comprehensive A/C inspection. For the sewer scope I received a video days later with very little explanation as to what I was seeing. Complete waste of $250. The second time the tech was finishing up his work and writing his 'final report' when I arrived on-time at the agreed upon start time. This is a huge red flag. Next he tells me there is nothing to worry about with the A/C unit. It's pumping out air now "will it last 1-year, 5-years I have no idea" Fast forward 1-hour and the A/C unit sounds like it has bowling bowl circulating in the fan blades. I asked my Property Inspector who was absolutely terrific, and he proceeds to tell me 3-very problematic issues with the A/C unit: It is sitting on an uneven platform, it's not 12-inches from the house per code and there are flayed wires. He recommends the A/C unit be replaced by the seller. You can imagine my unhappiness when I place a call to the owner of the company next day and he leaves me a message saying this is a 'good learning experience for his tech' and then proceeds to re-issue my invoice. When Buyers are prepared to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to buy a property and trust a company to protect their families interests this is not the level of customer service we expect. These issues could have cost me thousands and thousands of dollars. Very unhappy with 911 Heating Cooling & Plumbing and advice you do business with a more reputable group of people.
Justin did a great job. He unclogged the drains and installed a water line for our new refrigerator/freezer. I will definitely use this company again if the need arises.
Mr. Brooks, who came to my home, really did a good job finding what the problem was for me, and he was excellent and knew exactly what he was doing, got the job done for me in a short amount of time, too. I would highly recommend this company to anyone! Thank you again for your great service to me.
911 HCP was able to fit me into their schedule quickly after a botched job by another local plumbing company. They were exceptionally polite and professional. Quality work, great pricing, good people. We won't use anyone else!

I have used 911 for years. They are the best plumbers I have ever had. They do the job right the first time, every time. They have fixed leaks I have paid three other companies to “fix” before finding them. I can’t say enough good things.
Absolutely PHENOMENAL service. We had an issue where our smoke alarm went off and we called another company that came out and told us our whole unit needed to be replaced (after we had a maintenance plan and they had been there a month before and said everything looked perfect with the unit). We reached out to 911 heating and cooling as they did our home inspection and we trusted their opinion. Rob and Robert helped figure out the issue. It wasn’t an easy job but they were extremely helpful and we trusted their opinion. I really was so impressed with how hard the worked to make sure our unit was working well. We will always use this company and recommend them to everyone!!!!
