Great company with very competitive and reasonable pricing. Helped us out with a last minute AC issue and accommodated us quickly. The owner is very honest and isn’t trying to take advantage of the customer. I will absolutely keep using 78degrees!
Excellent service, he came and explained to me what was going on with my unit, helped me on getting the part at an affordable price, replaced it and checked that it was functioning properly. Gave me advice on DIY maintenance to extend the life on my AC. It was superior service!!!
We had an issue with our heater and the owner came at night to troubleshoot. He came back the next day to fix the issue and our bill was very minimal. I believe another company would have sold us the world. This company is honest and very Christian! His workers are very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!
I had Marcos come out to my home to do a service and to install a uv light. He even helped me pick out the appropriate light for what I needed. He was very informative, professional and did a great job. I would recommend his services and I would use for future services.

I will 100% recommend using 78 degree air conditioning! I originally heard about him from a coworker. After going through a larger company for 2 prior repairs that weren’t completed properly, Marco was able to complete repairs in a timely manner and doesn’t try to do other unnecessary things. Will for sure be using in the future!

Marcos is an honest and professional individual that will give you every option on how to fix you system. 78* is a small local Wesley Chapel company with the knowledge and integrity to do any big or small job. The attention to detail is second to none. I have used Big name companies that seem to try to sell you with things that do not address the issues. I was able to get a great system installed for a fair price. Marcos and 78* A/C back the work that they perform and are responsive with questions/concerns. If you have a question you will get a response almost immediately and there are not service delays that you see with other larger companies. I encourage anyone in his service area to give them a chance as you will not be sorry. Thanks again Marcos and the 78* A/C and refrigeration team.
Marcos installed a new AC for us. He did a truly outstanding job at a great price. In addition to installing the new unit, Marcos corrected significant problems with the original installation of ductwork around the original unit for no extra charge. He essentially rebuily the AC closet to actually be correct. It's clear that he really takes pride in his work and cares about getting it right and taking care of his customers. I've worked with a lot of AC services over the years, and in terms of the combination of cost and quality Marcos has been the best. I plan to stick with his company for future work and strongly recommend him.

78 Degrees was a real pleasure to work with. Marcos arrived on time as promised , showed the utmost professionalism, attention to detail and a true passion for what he does. I would never use anyone else as it would be hard to compare the level of service, knowledge and expertise. I feel lucky to have found such a great company for all of my A/C needs as being a Floridian we all know how important that is.

MARCOS RESPONDED TO MY RESIDENCE IN REFERENCE TO A CONTRACT I HAVE THROUGH SEARS. HIS ARRIVAL WAS TIMELY AND ACCURATE. HE DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM AND HAD THE SYSTEM FIXED CORRECTLY AND ACCURATELY. HE WAS EXTREMELY RESPONSIBLE IN THE BILLING OF ADDITIONAL ITEMS AND TOOK CARE NOT TO OVERCHARGE. HIS INITIAL ASSESSMENT INCLUDED A PROBLEM WHICH MAY OCCUR IN THE FUTURE, BUT SEARS WOULD NOT COVER IT AT THAT TIME. WITHIN A MONTH THAT ISSUE AND A CIRCUIT BOARD PROBLEM AROSE. AGAIN HE RESPONDED AND MADE THE ASSESSMENT AND CORRECTIONS. I STOOD BY AND OBSERVED THE WORK, AS I HAVE HAD MANY A/C REPAIRS OVER THE YEARS, AND I WANT TO SEE WHATS GOING ON. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL, ESPECIALLY IN DEALING WITH SEARS , WHO KEPT DELAYING THE PARTS ( I CALLED SEARS MYSELF TO HEAR THEIR EXCUSES AND BLAMING COVID 19 ETC.) HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND ANY EXPECTATION TO MAKE REPAIRS AND ADJUSTMENTS (EVEN THOSE I EXPECTED TO BE CHARGED FOR AS THEY WERE OUTSIDE THE SCOPE OF THE PROBLEM). HIS CHARGES WERE EXTREMELY FAIR AND SOMETIMES NON EXISTENT. HE OBVIOUSLY RUNS AN HONEST BUSINESS AND HAS INTEGRITY IN HIS FIELD I WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS A/C REPAIR.

I highly recommend this company. I had a new a/c system put in 2019 and it was done on time and professionally. The AC Unit recommended is saving me 30%/mo. Price was very competitive. I just had my yearly maintenance again professionally done with great customer service and easy to schedule.
