Mike was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and managed to repair my issue by replacing hose/pump. My unit was making a gurgling noise and then water started leaking and running down my wall. I decided to go without any AC til Mike could diagnose and treat the issue! Mind you, this was during our disgusting heat wave in September! So grateful for his expertise!!!
Mike and his team are great. Very responsive. Installed my system 2 years ago. Had recent issue that I created. Came out right away and took care of it. I always recommend and refer him for hvac needs.

Mike was exceptional to work with, had a great attention to detail, gave me options for AC installation, was affordable and really genuinely cared about the installation process and quality of the work. 75 Degree Heating & Air did an outstanding job in replacing my 35 year HVAC system for my house. I received bids from 6 other companies and Mike was head and shoulders above them in price, quality, and value for my dollar. Extremely professional and responsive to our needs.
A+ Michael and his crew at 75 Degree was one of 2 bidders on replacing my 5 ton A/C Compressor and Coil. Their bid was quite a bit cheaper and he didn't try to upsell me on re-wiring, vent work etc. They provided 2 quotes for 14 and 16 Seer top brand equipment. Work was flawless, he even removed some attic junk left from a previous A/C repair along with the old equipment. They're straight shooters and pro's I'd hire them again in a heartbeat!
Excellent and honest service from Mike. My AC had to be repaired and he came and fixed within 10 minutes for less than $100 for the whole visit. Some other companies I had contacted came in and had quoted as high as $1900 mentioning repairs that were not really necessary. Strongly recommend 75 degree heating and air
I recently bought a townhome that needed to have a new AC installed. Initially I had gone to Home Depot where they gave me a 3rd party referral for a national company that quoted me a price that ended up being almost 2x higher than what Mike and 75 Degree Heating & Air was able to provide. Mike was very professional, had great insights, and never tried to upsell me like the other company did. I cannot say enough positive things about this company. Mike and Mike are a great team! First of all, communication and timeliness are top notch! Mike explained every step along the way. The installation is beautiful and efficient. They paid particularly close attention to the very specific codes for the city of La Mesa: installed the correct fuses, labeled them clearly, and completed the outside drainage to meet stringent standards so that permit and inspection is a breeze! I highly recommend this company for quality and customer service!
We had multiple AC companies come out and try to sell us on an arrangement of ductless units (sizes,placement, etc.). Mike Mauzy at 75 air presented the best solution for our needs as well as price. We have owned our house for 30 years with no air and the biggest problem was accommodating our 400 sq addition with vaulted ceilings. During this heat wave the house has stayed at a perfect 75 degrees and my wife couldn’t be happier. Having so many years experience but branching out on his own the price was competitive and 75 Air definitely won our business. I would absolutely recommend this company and couldn’t be happier with the project from start to finish.

Mike Mauzy arrived at my request to fix the AC which would not turn off. He checked and found out I had moved a dial the wrong way. Click! It was fixed. He then checked the unit inside and outside. Didn't try to sell me anything and said "all was well". I will definitely call this honest young man when I need help again. And did not charge me for his services!!

75 Degree ROCKS!!! We had obtained several estimates to replace our existing outdated (41 yrs)system. Allot of "you need this and that" From all the other sales guys. Well Mike came out and and he did not try to sell us something we didn't need. He gave us 4 options on systems (all great options by the way) and his pricing was thousands less for the same apples! They replaced our entire system: Outside unit, inside unit, Coil, lines, duct, grills and t-stat. We even got upgraded to a 4 ton heating system from a three ton FOR NO EXTRA MONEY!! Being formally in the same business when I was younger, I can honestly tell you that no corners were cut and everything was expertly and professionally installed! Bottom line, If your looking for a professional for you AC/Heating needs, Look no further!!
Mike is amazing. We had central heating but no ac and last sumner we decided to add ac. Mike came, looked at our existing system and gave us three options for ac. We chose one, he ordered the equipment and when it came in got right to work. The thing that really set my wife and I at ease is how much Mike enjoys what he is doing. Through the whole process he was always encouraging, hard working and punctual. Any questions we had were answered and in a couple of days the ac was up and running. What a difference, our home is so comfortable now regardless of the weather. This spring I was excited to get the ac going again. It worked great for a day and the next morning the thermostat had no power. I contacted Mike who came out the same day and got us back in the cool zone in no time. When I asked what I owed him he gave his usual smile and said, “Nothing, free parts and labor for two years.” Two days later he checks in to make sure we are still cool. Mike is a hard working professional who enjoys his work and sets his customers at ease. I highly recommend him for any heating and cooling needs you may have. 😎

Mike was awesome! He was friendly, on time, affordable and knew exactly what he was doing. Our AC wasn’t turning on and he fixed it within 30 minutes. I’d definitely call him again for service.
During our inspection process of buying a house, we discovered that the A/C was not working. Mike was able to make it out to the property the next day. After a few tests, he was able to get the system up and running! If Mike wasn’t there to save the day, the deal would have fallen through. He is awesome and knows his stuff. I will be using him from here on out when my clients have HVAC issues. Highly recommend!
