David, just as all the service techs for 72 Degrees we have dealt with, was on time, respectful, very knowledgeable, patient and eager to share his experience with the unit. As a recently retired professional home inspector the first and generally only HVAC company I recommended to my clients for their HVAC needs/servicing was 72 Degrees. They are the best HVAC company in the Hill Country area. David G was the service technician sent to conduct the semi-annual inspection a d servicing of our 2 HVAC systems. David was by far the best technician yet. He was punctual, respectful to me and my house, and was very professional. He went above and beyond expectations in completing his tasks. In addition to checking the AC systems, he cleaned out the condensation drain lines, cleaned the replaceable filters, and then hosed of the outside compressors/condensers. If you need HVAC servicing contact no one else but 72 Degrees and make sure to ask for David as your technician. Regardless of who is sent I assure you any technician sent out will provided exceptional customer service and you won't be disappointed. Thanks David!

Showed up and they requested a service fee of $92 to give me a $1943 quote— which was not made aware of at the time of appointment. When called by the owner — he was very rude and condescending… it’s a wonder they’re still in business after 34 years.
Damian was super helpful and timely with getting our AC repaired. Called this morning, thinking we would have to wait til Monday but he was able to fit us in same day on 110 degree day. Communication was awesome and very informative. Highly recommend!
