Install our ac in 2016 we bought the house in 2020 and has been nothing but issues- provided and paid for the solution and it didn’t resolve the issue- no longer in business

Mike came out to look at my broken AC and was able to come very quickly and showed up when he said he would. He repaired my AC for a fair price and did great work. I would highly recommend 7 Bridges if you want an honest and reliable Heating or AC company.
When our air conditioner went out last summer 7 Bridges AC was the only one that even tried to fix it. Two other companies I called told me my unit wasn't worth fixing and just wanted to give me a quote for a new ac. Mike got ours back up and running. Then when it finally did give out again he gave me a discount on the new unit. Couldn't be happier with the service. Highly recommend!
Just okay, at best... Diagnostic fee was about average but no credit is given for repairs accomplished on the same day. Many companies credit that diagnostic charge towards a repair completed same day. Charged an extra $125 to replace a few feet of common 18-gauge wire that was easily accessible outside. Justified expense by telling me that it included cost for technician to drive out to the site, fuel, etc. Note that this was basically double charged between diagnostic and repair. $150/hr labor charge is SoCal, PacNW, and NY territory, not Florida.
Outstanding Service, Quality Work! We just bought our house when our A/C unit went on the fritz. I called 7 Bridges after hours and they came over immediately to see if they could get the AC working enough to get us through a few days. After looking at our options we decided to replace our entire unit. 7 Bridges scheduled our appointment, called to confirm and arrived promptly at the stated time. We had extensive work completed, including having all vents and registers cleaned. They worked for over 12 hours straight in the blazing heat and when they were done, it was like they had never been there. They cleaned up everything and even vacuumed our floors. Mike and his team were outstanding and I would highly recommend them.
Must read ************* Must read ************* What a great experience, my mother lives in that area, I called maybe 6 different companies that do business in that specific area. I schedule a visit to place a bid on my mother's old 17 year old air conditioning unit Only 4 showed They left an estimate and out of 4 companies only one called me back That was this company. None of them sent me the proposal and I had to tell my mother to go to the local FedEx office to scan and email me a copy of each. This made me angry 7 Bridge's was the only one sent it to me themselves I notice that when I read all of them, I was getting more for my money, and no corners was getting cut with this 7 bridge's The others.. one of them said on the proposal that no permit was needed. Omg. Right! But Either way after doing my research on the estimates many corners was trying to get cut and of course I didn't want my mom to suffer by me going with the cheapest option and the get stuck with a "half way job" This company went above and beyond and I noticed it on paper The other day I went to say happy father day to my dad of course that lives around the corner and I happened to find myself at my mother house and checking out the job. So I look at the job that was installed and man oh man, how proud I am for making the mother that raised me,I made her cold..... this job was done so clean I was like yeehaaa.... In any other case thank you Mr 7 Bridge's for having the right people work with you and going above and beyond.... I Recommend this company to a blind person cause I made a decision going in blind... and I don't regret a darn thing everything on the proposal was there.. Thanks for making me happy....

Very happy with the service by 7 Bridges Heating and Air Conditioning. Michael came on his day off to check out our AC unit. He was honest and upfront about our unit, and showed me every step he did in diagnostics and repair. Would be very happy to recommend the company to others, and if somethings happens to the unit again I will most definitely give 7 Bridges Heating and Air Conditioning a call.
7 Bridges came out to address my upstairs unit because it was beginning to drip into the catch pan. I assumed it was because of low coolant because we have had the same problem since we moved into the home in 2009 and I've had at least 5 different companies come out and service the units. When 7 Bridges got here, they determined that it wasn't low on coolant but that the improper piston had been installed in the unit back when the home was built and that it was causing a blockage within the system after being in continual use during the spring/summer. They switched out the piston, replaced the dryer (because it was starting to rust through), and my system has not run this well since we bought the home over 7 years ago. I cannot recommend 7 Bridges enough as they are so very honest and dependable. I'l never use another HVAC company period. As for the previous 1 star review, this is not the appropriate forum for your complaint. If you are not displeased with their service (because you've never hired them), please say nothing at all.
This review does not concern the company's AC service, but rather the behavior of an employee or supervisor of the company. I'm not sure what his position is. While i was filling up my car at a gas station near the entrance to JTB and San Jose, the Bridges AC van was parked at one of the pumps. The van is large and takes up a lot of room, but my car is small, so i was able to squeeze in to get gas at the pump across from the van, The driver and passenger of the truck had finished getting gas, but they stayed at the pump anyway, making its use by other vehicles impossible. One of the things, one of the men in the truck [I believe he is pictured in the ad for the company) was doing was pouring water from something in the truck out onto the surface of the pumping station, and the water ran from his truck under my car and then into the area where i was pumping gas. I pointed out to the man that he was creating a puddle of water that I would have to walk through, wetting my shoes, to get into my car. His solution was to tell me to walk all the way around the pumps and the other cars to avoid the puddle. Later I phoned him, using the phone number on the truck; His behavior was thoughtless and rude at the pump. "Ok," repeated a few times, was his eloquent response. Maybe he thinks it isn't worth the trouble to be polite and courteous to women. In the end, his company has lost a potential customer; a different attitude and behavior might, on the other hand, easily have gained him that same customer. The van: large, white, with Bridges written on it. My last word is that, based on the attitude of at least one of the men who work with the company, i wouldn't recommend using Bridges for your AC needs.
