Made time for us early in the morning when we called the day before to have our broken Trane HVAC looked at. Gave us good advice and then stayed from 9am until ~9:30pm a few days later when we decided to have a new unit put in to make sure we had cooling that night after having no AC for a week in the Texas heat. Very professional, kind, and takes care of their workers. Will be recommending them in the future.
Can't say enough about Steve, Stanley and all of 68 Degrees team. They came out to diagnose our AC problem promptly, were upfront with pricing, answered and addressed all of our questions and concerns, and went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase and their installation. Steve and Debbie also went out of their way to coordinate with our home warranty company. Very nice people. Excellent experience and the new unit runs great. Fast and professional work. Our 14 year old AC unit went out at our house and these guys had a new unit up and running only 2 days later. And this was during a busy time of year for them. I appreciated the level of communication and dedication to quality work. They made sure to see the project through until I was 100% satisfied. Definitely recommending them to my friends and family.

The owner Steve listened to what our priorities were, answered all my questions patiently and suggested what would work best with our budget. We love our new system! 68 Degrees by far is one of the best HVAC companies that we have used in the past 20 years of home ownership. They were very professional and thorough. They spent numerous hours at our home making sure that we received exactly what we needed. The professionalism from the first phone call until the end of service was superb. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed. Not to mention it’s always great to support a family owned business.

If you’re looking for a 5 Star HVAC company that doesn’t Nickle and Dime you and doesn’t rip you off you have reached the right company. I had 3 separate AC companies come to my house and all of them said I needed this to that to even an entire AC unit .. Steve came over and said nope fixed a few things did a good cleaning for less than $400 and it runs like it’s brand new .. Compared to other companies quoting me thousands .. he is our AC company for life. Also Debbie who is an amazing Assistant helped us throughout the way to schedule and with great communication let us know where they are at and everything about the service that was done to even pictures.. highly recommend!!!
These guys came out and listened to my concerns about the expense of replacing both of my ac and furnace units. They inspected the units and gave me some hope by doing some maintenance and giving me options to prolong the life of my units. They also gave me options on the possibility of not replacing furnace units when it is time. I appreciated the suggestions and the advice. The only thing I would correct is before hooking up and performing maintenance discuss price for diagnostics prior. I think it was a simple mistake on communication and they waved the fee after the other services were performed. Don’t feel that there was any ill will.
This company was very responsive and drove 3 hour round-trip in the late evening. Fixed my unit and saved me a lot of money when other companies wanted to replace my system 68 degrees was honest and fixed everything for a tenth of what others were quoting. I would highly recommend them for all repairs, maintenance and installation. Very professional and very knowledgeable techs.

We have been using 68 Degrees for years now. They initially provided repair and maintenance services to our old units, getting us the most out of them until they had to be replaced. They are honest, provide options, are responsive, flexible, and go above and beyond. Highly recommend if you want a dependable and trustworthy HVAC company that doesn’t treat you like a number or take advantage of those of us that are not too knowledgeable of HVAC systems.
