Our Ac stopped working in this heat wave and they worked hard to fit us in the same day we called. They are very professional and their price was very reasonable. Definitely my new HVAC guys. Thank you again I will let all my family and friends know about how great you are.
We've been using these guys for years and they absolutely amazing
Our first encounter with the repairmen of 5 Star Services began when they came to repair a faulty toilet in a house we rented from Red Rock Realty. They were on time, courteous and efficient. They have done additional repairs, in particular to our furnace in mid winter, coming to service it very late at night. Whenever we submit a maintenance request for service, we are assured the repair will be accomplished efficiently and quickly. We recently purchased a home and we have asked “5 Star” to service our furnace and air conditioner. That’s how much we trust them. Their name tells you what kind of service you will receive. Thank you to a great local family business. Add on May 15, 2023. 5-Star lived up to their name again. Serviced our air conditioner. Matt and crew( Tony and Andy) and whomever they send, are always professional, courteous, knowledgeable, reasonable in cost, doing extra things, and etc. We’ve been calling on them for four years now and they will be our service company forever. Thank you 5-Star.
Gabe, Matt and the team did a phenomenal job on getting a major leak fixed as well as duct repair on my home. They were beyond professional and did exactly what needed to be done. I would recommend anyone that needs ANYTHING done to give them a call! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Normally don't leave reviews but 2 years ago I had 5 Star perform a Refrigerated air conversion from swamp cooler. Service at the time was awesome but wouldn't know if system recommendations and installation would be satisfactory for a while. 2 years later and I couldn't be happier. All systems are working better than expected and installation is wonderful. And the best price. Thanks 5 Star for everything!

The most pleasant interaction I've had! Love these guys; they were so informative. They fixed a toilet and inspected the air-conditioning/heating units. I highly recommend this company.
Highly recommend. Andrew was very respectful, knowledgeable and most all didn't try to "upsell", just took care of the problem and fixed our furnace. I was expecting major cost but was surprised and appreciative of the value and fair cost. I'm a new home owner and I would definitely work with 5 Star Services again when I need the help. I thought lighter was the issue. Turns out, it was dirty filter. Honesty and honesty goes a long way. Matthew and John did very well.

These guys were GREAT !!! We had 3 issues that we needed to get resolved, and they fixed all 3 in just a short time !! Matt and Tony were polite, efficient, and quick -- it's rare nowadays that you find someone who's professional, polite, and efficient, but these guys were all that and more. We will definitely have them come back if there are any other issues we come across in the future. Wish I could find someone like that to fix my car !! Thanks again guys for a job well done !! 5 Star is amazing. Anna is always so nice to talk to on the phone, Matt is extremely professional, informative and great for conversation. I’ve also had the pleasure of meeting Anthony, too. The company as a whole is wonderful.
Was friendly, knowledgeable,and reasonably priced. Matthew did an excellent explaining what was broken and what needed to be done to fix it and everything was done in one day including work on our property that we were renting.
Contacted 5 Star Services to look at our heater that wasn't working. Matt and Tony arrived promptly on the agreed date and time. They immediately assessed the heater. Matt provided us with a couple of options and price points. I appreciated the information given so we as home owners could make an educated decision, that not only worked for our needs but our pocketbook as well. Ultimately we decided upon replacement. The installation of our new heating unit along with newly fabricated ducting to ensure proper installation, was completed in a few hours. Matt and Tony were professional, knowledgeable, and personable. When the installation was complete, the attention to details and the instruction on useage and care were articulated, leaving me with a clearer understanding of my new heating unit. I would highly recommend Matt and his team for all of your heating, cooling, and plumbing needs! Need I forget they are a small family owned and operated business!
