These guys are REALLY GOOD and the did a complete retrofit for us on 3 systems. They did better work and came in thousands less than the other two bids we received. Thanks for the great job! - Dan and Kim Goodwin
Mark was excellent. Having my own experience with HVAC systems, I generally expect to have to debate with residential technincians. This was absolutely not the case witjh Mark. Very proffesional, extremely knowledgeable, and gave me the most economical, and common sense option to fix our problem. Would reccomend this company to anyone, and already have.

My wife and I noticed that our downstairs unit was not keeping up with what we had out thermostat set at. Our upstairs unit was working extra hard to keep the downstairs cool. So I called Mark at 5 Star A/C and Heating. He showed up at the time he said he would. He was very courteous and professional. He knew exactly what needed to be done to get the unit working, and he clearly explained to me what he had to do. He did not try to upsell me on anything; he was very honest and reasonable. I highly recommend this company. I will be calling them anytime I need work done with my A/C or heating units.
If you want great AC service...this is the place to call! They will find the problem and won’t do more than what’s needed. Used them twice for two different properties! One we even needed a new outdoor unit! Fair prices, honest and great service!
Five Star Air Conditioning and Heating was very professional the owner Mark went over and beyond on what was done .We are very pleased with the quality of work that was done by his crew and Mark , we will highly recommend this company to all our family and friends.
Everything about working with Mark and his team was great. He was super patient when discussing the proposed work and price, and answered all of my questions. Price wise, I had talked to some coworkers who had similar work done so I felt like Mark offered a fair price. The guys that work with him were also very knowledgeable and friendly. I sat in the attic to watch them replace our coil (I wanted to see how it was done!), and it was neat to see them work and be able to ask questions along the way. Anyhow, after finding out the first guy who came out To look at our a/c had no license, and the second guy was way overpriced....I was very very thankful to have my neighbor recommend this awesome company!! Thank you 5 star!

I had 5 Star at my house the last week of July when I thought my system died. Turned out to be bad parts from a Home Warranty group and took less than 5 minutes for the upstairs to blow cold again.
