We used 412 Ductless to install our mini splits, and we are so happy with the results. They installed five indoor units and two outdoor compressors. They were always extremely responsive and professional, and they finished the install early and took extra care with all of the outside lines to make sure they blended in and were cleanly installed on the outside walls. Everything went as smoothly as it could have, and we highly recommend them for anyone wanting to install a ductless system.
412 Ductless just installed a mini split system in our 100 year old house. We thought we were just getting A/C but to our delight, the Mitsubishi system is also a heat pump. The installers were very professional and knowledgable. They showed up on time every day and were done when they said the would be. They also cleaned up well after themselves since drilling through thick plaster walls and brick can leave a big mess. Not so with this team. Although it was pricey, this was one of the best experiences I have had with a contractor. We turned down the thermostat on our boiler and now just heat up the room we are in with the unit. Hoping for some savings on utilities but we are warmer than ever.
The Restano Team arrived on time and, with the weather conditions, laid out drop cloths and closed the door from the main house to inhibit our dogs from getting out there! Two moves that set the environment for the entire install. The HVAC Ductless Unit was a ceiling installation, so cutting into the ceiling was needed and a crossbeam had to be cut, while it was not load-bearing, he had the foresight to secure both sections to the rafter and keep the internal unit supported. In addition, he factored in that we would still need to install ceiling tile. Makes the next step easy. This did become a two-day job due to the masonry drilling needed (expected when quoting) and they had mounted the hardware and pre-wiring done prior to departure. They even cleaned up the work area. The second day sealed our sincere appreciation for Restano and this team. They arrived at 7:15 am though sat outside until 7:30 am to reduce morning ritual interruptions with feeding the dogs (lol). Came in, set up the drop cloths, and were done in no time. Not only did they clean up (spotlessly), they also put the furniture back that I initially moved to accommodate the project. Before they left, we were educated on the use and maintenance of the unit. I realize this is rather long. I wanted to share my experience and the details because Restano is a detail-oriented company that will keep their clients involved throughout the process. They want to keep you satisfied long after they leave! Thank you for everything Restano!!
We had 412 install ductless AC for our whole house (3 floors) in December/January, and we have now had experience using it. The layout and sizing of units that they proposed has proven to be excellent, and they were excellent about offering options but not pushing them. They accessed Mitsubishi equipment in weeks when other installers were talking about delays of months, they came came when they said they would, and they did a very clean installation job. We have had no teething problems and are delighted with the performance of the system as the weather has warmed up.
All representatives I have encountered at 412DUCTLESS, from evaluation and proposal to installation have been courteous, respectful, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. The installation was able to be scheduled promptly and each phase thought out and properly executed. This has been a truly rewarding experience.

We had a great experience with Restano/412 Ductless! Brian was great and had a great vision of what could be done with no ductwork in the house. Their price was best of the various quotes we got, and the crew was very respectful (we had just had the floors restored) and made sure that everything worked and was clean when they finished. Would highly recommend!
We had a whole house ductless heating and AC system installed by 412 Ductless and the whole process was very easy for us. We were able to schedule the work not long after our initial estimate. The installation took a week and the installers were very friendly, professional, and on time every day. The system and their work looks great.
