Technician arrived in perfect time, did an excellent job taking the time to explain everything, took great effort to ensure his service was not only effective but affordable, AND he got our AC working again before a birthday party on a Saturday! Excellent experience! Service tech showed up on time, very neat and professional. Very knowledgable in his duties. Cleaned up after job was done. Answered all questions put to him. Showed me readings and explained their meanings. Highly recommend 4 Winds Mechanical Inc and staff.
Excellent service with a highly skilled crew. I just purchased a home that had a questionable HVAC. they had performed service on my rental home and went through a complete review on the HVAC and gave me an honest review and even showed me issues that was eventually leading to a disaster. 4 Winds Mechanical Inc is the best !

4 Winds Mechanical Inc replaced my whole house system about 10 years ago. We have a warranty through them and every year without fail we get a reminder. They schedule really quickly and accommodate our schedules. This year we also needed some repair work which they wrapped into the yearly maintenance.

From the first phone call to the tech arriving, I dealt with the most professional and kind people. Paul came out, diagnosed and fixed the problem with my A/C. This is the second time he has come out in a two year span and I always feel his is honest, knowledgeable and kind.

Cesaer was thorough, efficient, observant and informative. He very clearly explained a change that he recommends for our duct work that will put less strain on the furnace motor and extend its life.
Paul arrived within the given time window. When he first arrived, he removed his shoes, and when he went back out to get his equipment, he came back in with shoe covers before walking onto our carpet. (We always appreciate that.) He worked swiftly and was very friendly and patient with my barking puppy. He is another great representative of a company we’ve been happy to use for the past 5 years.

I called them because my thermostat wasn’t working - turned out to be the batteries, but Paul didn’t make me feel stupid and went even further in checking other things to make sure everything else was ok. They was knowledgeable, friendly, professional. I feel when something does go wrong, 4 Winds Mechanical Inc. will do an excellent job.
Cesaer was very thorough and found a few areas where our heating system was displaying some very problematic signs. PJ corrected those issues from which we will benefit on both a health and safety (a major CO2 issue) and financial standpoint in the lowering of our PG&E fuel costs. Definitely Five-star service!
When I needed to replace my old HVAC, I chose 4 Winds Mechanical as the best of three estimates. I made the right choice. It is faster to list what they did wrong instead of what was done exceptionally well.
This is by far one of the best hvac companies in Sacramento area. I am really impressed with the service not only was it cost efficient but also did An amazing job on my heater. I had no heat and I was taken care of immediately. The owner is by far the most easiest person to talk to. THANK YOU 4 WINDS MECHANICAL!!!
The people who worked on the heating\ac in the house were very kind, on time, and work was splendid. They make time for you and will give you the best results. Better than anybody i know. I reccommend you to tell your family and friends. Also very humble people.
My HVAC wasn't blowing cold air. It was crazy hot with temperatures in the high 90s. I contacted a few other companies and the earliest appointment I could get was 5 days out. When 4 Winds HVAC contacted me back, I was able to get an appointment the same day. Cesar was very professional, assessed the situation quickly and figured out the HVAC problem. Awesome service.
