My AC and Heater went out at the same time. I had no idea who to call. My daughter sent me the phone number of the company she had excellent service from. The person that answered was so polite and cheerful when making an appointment. The tech came later that day! He found the problem by troubleshooting. Actually 2 problems were found. His professionalism and trade knowledge were fantastic. I asked for a couple business cards, because I highly recommend this team to anyone. That is a fact. Thanks, Scott
Jared was highly recommended by someone in Hutto. I called and left a message and he returned my call right away. Jared came out today and fixed my mom's air conditioner and did not over charge her or try to rip her off. We gratefully appreciate Jared for all his hard work and being an honest person. We highly recommend calling Jared for all your ac needs. Thank you from my mom and my self for everything. We definitely will call again.
We contacted 3G for help on diagnoses after 2 other companies failed to find the issue. Jake from 3G found our issue and fixed some other things while he was here. He is very knowledgeable, honest and efficient. we will definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a solid HVAC company. 10/10.
This company is great. Came by and was able to fix my unit back operational in no time. They were also able to fit us in fast and get our heat back working.
I highly recommend Jake and the 3G air team for all your HVAC needs. We used them for our remodeling project on a custom home and they did a fantastic job from start to finish. They planned the ideal system to meet our specific needs and executed it perfectly. Throughout the planning, rough in stage, and trim installation they were super professional and knowledgeable. Hey these guys are really on the ball! They managed to get the mini split unit I needed, no small feat in these days of shortages. The installation was great, the unit performs perfectly. Fast, friendly, quality and at a great price. Will be using them again in the future!
Jake came by and was phenomenal. Our thermostat broke and he was able to come out same day I called with new thermostat next day. He even did a great job explaining what we need to look for and made sure we were good before he left. He was very professional, friendly, and informative. I definitely recommend everyone reach out to 3G Air for all of your heating and cooling needs.

Jared and this family owned business come 100% recommended as they have been trustworthy, honest, very friendly and knowledgeable. Our family will rely on 3G AIR for our cooling and heating maintenance from now on. Reached out to Jake and he stopped by next day to identify, repair, and resolve my HVAC issue. The team is very responsive and got my system back up and running. Very pleased and highly recommend.
I had gotten in touch with Jake and told him the problems I was having with our air. It seemed always to be blowing warm air no matter if we turned on the AC or not. Jake came over very quickly, was incredibly friendly, hard-working, professional, and respectful. I told him more about what was going on, and he found a problem with our wiring and fixed it. I would highly recommend him! He is very educated and knows exactly what to do.
During the recent bout of Texas weather our heat pump broke. We called 3G air and they had a service person at my home to diagnose and begin the process of repairing the damaged part. They also are taking the lead on working with the manufacturer to get the broken part covered under the manufacturers warranty. They also fixed a wiring issue in my heat pump, and emergency heat system. The contractor for the home builder that installed my Heat Pump had improperly wired my emergency heat system. 3G quickly diagnosed and fixed that as well.
