Had a great experience and the technician was great explained everything
Victor was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain in layman's terms the services that were performed on the HVAC unit and provided recommendations for future up-keep. I will use 365 AC & Heating, for my future HVAC service and maintenance!

20 STARS I found this company on Thumbtack and Victor showed up the next day on time as scheduled. I had a No Cooling Centralized Aircondition problem and about 3 Aircondition Technicians came to take a look and told me it was a motor/ blower problem and one of them brought a blower but it didn’t work. They asked me to pay for a brand new original motor because the one they brought was after market. But I didn’t. When Victor came to my house there were other technicians doing diagnostics on the Aircondition so he asked to leave and return after they had left and I insisted for him to come back as promised. Victor came back, detected the problem within few minutes and also informed me it wasn’t a motor problem like everyone was saying but rather some capacitors on the circuit board was bad and that could be covered by my warranty. Victor was able to get the Aircondition to blow cool air from that weekend till he returned early Monday morning to replace the circuit board.He Realized I had a One year old in the house so he couldn’t leave us in such heat throughout the weekend He saved me from spending unnecessary money, And was very Honest with me and I appreciate Him for that. If anyone is looking for an honest Aircondition professional, I’ll recommend this company but Ask for Victor.
Victor was a very professional and punctual person, we were without air conditioning for almost a week and AHS had sent us several vendors before him and they did nothing, he arrived and immediately fixed the problem, he found the problem and explained what it was. definitely recommend!!

We called Victor, and he scheduled us for a late evening appointment since he knew that our AC was out. He had another job to finish, so he came later, but worked with us on diagnostics and gave us a resolution for the problem. My family and I were very impressed. He was extremely polite, kind, and took his time to explain us what was wrong. Appreciated his efforts to work later than normal hours. Now I’m trying to get him to help me at another 2 locations for AC needs. Won mine and my family’s trust - hands down.
Our A/C unit went out and this responding the next day promptly and we received new unit within two days . Very please with service and technician Victor Castro.
I’ve called the folks at 365 heating and air twice in the past couple of months when our AC unit stopped working, and both times they came out almost immediately - within hours of the call (the most recent time being at 11pm) - and provided phenomenal service. I wish I would have found them before this year, but now that I have, I’m not calling anyone else for any hvac work at my house and will continue using them again and again. Would highly recommend them to anyone in need of fast, knowledgeable, and high quality service.
Victor was professional quickly diagnosed and solved the problem with ease. I even pocket dialed him by mistake after the service was completed and he called back to ensure I didn’t need anything.

Texas heat is bad. I called these guys before 7am and they were here by 12:30pm. Victor was quick, professional, and very friendly. He explained all the steps he was taking, told me things we could do to help improve our cooling concerns, and, he made sure I had all the documents needed to submit to my warranty company.

We called at 9:30pm and they had the problem fixed by 11:30pm. The guy was nice, helpful, and didn't wake our sleeping baby.
Called today @ 9pm & the guy arrived at 9:30! Labor took less than an hour and he gave me an option to repair or pacify the leak! I chose to pacify it because it was cheaper! He never pressured anything! I’d use them again
Amazing service and very knowledgeable! Super responsive and efficient. Our AC wasn't working over the weekend, Victor came upon a few hours of contacting him and provided a thorough explanation of the issue. Within the next day, Victor and his team was able to bring the new unit and resolve the issue. Will definitely be going back to them over any future HVAC concerns.

Victor was a true professional. Arrived on time and was very friendly. Wasn’t pushy about AC options like other competitors and made sure to take his time educating me on the issue at hand. He was very knowledgeable and got my house feeling like Antarctica in the middle of June. Couldn’t recommend this company enough!
