I have been using Reliable air 360 for the past 4 years. I have a 4 unit building in Killeen, and they have been servicing all 4 units. They have worked with us to get and keep everything running. They are polite and I have never had a complaint from any tenant about the company. The prices are very reasonable and they work around all the schedules they need to. I highly recommend them.
Appreciated there response time and honesty. After utilizing another company for a service call that was way overpriced. My wife called 360 Reliable AC. Owner came out and assisted with our problem and saved us over 600.00. Professional company that arrived on time while helping our family getting AC back up and running.
I called around 10:30am and he was here by 12:30 same day, he knew right away just by hearing the unit what the issue was and had it fixed in minutes for a very good price. I would highly recommend
Reliable company that provided great service and made sure that I understood what he was looking for. My AC went out in a Friday and I called in on Saturday and didn’t get charged like most companies in when they have to come out on the weekend. The issue wasn’t what I reported to him but he checked that also to be sure and I will definitely be using them again in the future for my heating and cooling issues.
My go to Company for all my family's heating and air needs plus I can keep both arms and legs with some money left in my pockets.

Taurean is extremely professional and solved our heating issue in a manner of seconds. He quickly replaced the incorrect thermostat with a correct one and got the heat working again. He explained what the issue was then explained how to operate the new thermostat and even entertained some gee-whiz questions I had as well. He’s great at his job and loves what he does. Highly recommend him.
Fantastic company. I never leave reviews but they just left and I can't say enough good things. He knew his job extremely well and told me everything he was going to do and then as he did each thing he explained the process, what to look out for, what was alarming or even advised me on the right filter. He did an OUTSTANDING job and I HIGHLY recommend this company!
Taurean Ryan, owner-operator of 360 Reliable Air Services, is unprofessional and disrespectful. He arrived at my house almost an hour and a half late. His prices are not set. If you pay with a card, there is an additional 3% charge. When I reminded him I needed an invoice, the price went up by 8.25%, because now I was being charged taxes on parts. I tried to negotiate the price because the bill should be the same regardless if I needed an invoice or not. He began yelling at me, called the police on me, and had a full-blown rant while he waited for them to arrive.

A+ service! If you’re someone who looks for companies based on reviews then no need to look any further. Their company has excellent ratings for a reason. They explain their work every step of the way and back up their service with a guarantee your problem is fixed.
They just don’t respond to any inquiries, waiting for an estimate for 5 days or more.
One of the best AC companies around. I've tried many others but none of them could fix the problem. 360 came out fixed it within minutes. Their fast and professional, and I like that.
Omg Taurean and Rick were the most friendliest and most knowledgeable young men. They had our ac up and running in no time. They were very professional and checked and explained every detail. We will call them for any other problems we may have. It feels like they put a whole new system in. Our house has never been this cool. We can not tell you how much we appreciate you and your professionalism.
