Only company that didn't try to sell me new HVAC system but focused on repair & maintenance to extend use. Also the only company to come out within 24 hours of calling.
Needed to have my ducts replaced due to lack of air flow on one side of my house. Thankfully Eric was able to come over and give me information on a resolution and a fair estimate. Work was done in a reasonable time. Every employee I spoke with or encountered was very polite and professional. Highly recommend.
I called 321 after another company came out prior telling me I needed to replace my entire system because I had a leak. Didn’t tell me where. Just I had a leak. I called and 321 was able to come out the same day which was awesome. Rob and Eric came out. The ONLY leak that was found was where the previous tech had been 🤔 they fixed the issue, recharged the system. Full system maintenance. My ac is running perfect. I won’t be calling anyone else in the future. Honest, reliable and as a newer homeowner I certainly appreciated being told the truth. 321 AC, Rob and Eric did just that. Thanks guys.

Eric and Joe came out to my house to install brand new duct work and also install blown in insulation. They were very professional and friendly. This has been the best company I have used for A/C work. I will definitely call them next year for my annual maintenance.
Our AC unit finally died & we called Molly / Eric. Not only did Eric & Joe get here on time, but they were very professional. Molly sent us 2 quotes for 2 different systems & they are extremely reasonable. These people are the only ones to do business with!!!!!

I use 321 both at home and at my work - professional, honest, conscientious AND he is careful about tracking in dirt, along with cleans the area up when the work is done. LOVE Eric & Molly! 321 is the one to call.

I highly recommend 321 Air Conditioning and Heating. Eric came in, introduced himself, and drew up a game plan for replacing our old duct work with holes in it and wrong sizes. His work is great with instant results and a drawing for any future work for the AC. He gave us a very reasonable price and timeline when the work was going to be done. He also cleaned up the mess after he was finished with our project. Thank you and your helper 321 Air Conditioning.

We love 321 AC and Heat! Have used them several times for our home and rentals, and we are always more than satisfied. Honest with reasonable rates, and best of all, when they say they will be there-they mean it!! Great service all around.
