I am mad at myself for not having found them earlier !!! I have had 2 interactions with them this year , one being a major repair and they have been amazing both times right from being flexible in their scheduling to fixing the problem. The team is great at explaining the problem and recommending how to avoid it. They have set a high standard for customer service !!! Keep up the great work.
4th of July Weekend. Emergency service on a 5-ton, 20 year old, R22 Trane unit. The 32 degrees team came out and went above and beyond. Price was reasonable. Service was amazing. Felt like we won the lottery with just how lucky we were with our service.

This was my second time in a few years calling with no AC! Once again I saw why they deserve 5 stars. I was able to get an appointment in less than 24 hrs. Marisol was very responsive and Ben was engaging, diagnosing the problem quickly and clearly explaining what went wrong and what it takes to get it fixed. Pricing was very fair and I will sign up for their service plan. I very highly recommend 32 Degrees!

32 Degrees heating and air conditioning recently installed a new system, inside and out. The process was seamless, price was right, and new system works great. Ben, the owner, personally installed the system. He came back out twice to make sure everything was running properly. Quality work from a superior company. Highly recommend 32 Degrees for your air conditioning needs.
Ben and his associate Sam worked tirelessly to get my new Trane up and running, as I was without AC for two weeks before I called him. They were very professional and cleaned up perfectly. They also called me a few days later to make sure I had no questions or problems. I'm not use to writing reviews, but felt this company is one of the best out there, after much research. They are honest and reliable. I definitely recommend 32 Degrees.
32 Degrees is the best! From beginning until job completion, my experience with them was amazing. Marisol responded to the message I left for them regarding an AC issue in a timely manner. They fit me into their schedule the very same day. I received a text message when they were on their way, and Ben showed up smiling and eager to help. When it turned out to be a slightly bigger issue, 32 Degrees helped me navigate a warranty claim with the manufacturer. Ben and Sam returned on a Sunday to complete the repair, and I couldn't be happier. I am so satisfied with their work, customer service, and honesty that I signed up for their maintenance program. My 23 year old A/C started showing signs of age. After some search on the web, I decided to give my confidence to a company called “32 Degrees Heating and Air Conditioning, LLC.” I contacted them one morning, and the same day, the owner Ben arrived within the promised time window. After a brief survey of the situation and a short discussion, I decided to put my faith into his hands. Four days later Ben called and told me when he could install my new A/C, only a week since we first met. On the appointed day, and punctually at the appointed time he and his two associates arrived and got to work. It was a pleasure watching the three of them working efficiently while paying meticulous attention to every detail. Ben readily answered all my questions, and explained everything that was done. Six hours after their arrival, my new A/C was happily humming. A truly extraordinary experience. Needlessly to say, they cleaned all the mess before they left. Thank you, Aleks P. March 16. 2023 My A/C installed by 32 Degree Heating & Air Conditioning was approaching its second anniversary. I called for a service appointment, and was given one only two days later. As usually, Mr. Burgos arrived exactly at the appointed time. He immediately started going down his check list, inspecting all details essential for reliable and efficient functioning of my A/C. He cleaned the inside and outside of the air handler, cleaned the debris from the outdoor unit. An hour later my A/C had a new bill of health, and my mind was set at ease for the coming long hot summer. Really excellent service. Aleks P.

Always a pleasure to have Ben work in my home. Today he installed an additional supply grill for me. But he did a complete HVAC install for me last year. Whether the job is big or small, Ben always does meticulous work.
Couldn’t be happier with the service we received from 32 degrees. Ben showed up on time and communicated everything he was doing in detail and explained to me different options to keep our unit running cold as the warm season approaches. Ben came to our house and fixed heater issue on this Christmas Eve holiday. He is very professional, knowledgeable and would like to take extra action if it can bring benefits to customer. I really appreciate Ben coming to help us in this holiday time, so that my family can enjoy the warm Christmas Eve and forget about sleeping at a very cold night inside the house.
