Tom is the best! I consulted with 5 other companies and trust me, this one’s the BEST around. Tom is friendly, extremely professional and highly knowledgeable about HVAC systems and duct work. He did a phenomenal job, installing a brand new system in my new house while customizing a few things along the way. I can’t thank him enough for his consultation time and quality install. Highly recommend!
This is the second time that we’ve used 303 Heating & Air, and Tom saved the day! Our water heater failed after years of neglect and he was able to get a replacement installed in no time. We appreciated Tom’s professionalism, knowledge, and recommendations on choosing a replacement water heater. Absolutely reasonable rate for this level service and quality work. We have used 303 for years and they never disappoint. Tom is fantastic. He is always friendly, always on time and gives us the absolute truth to what is going on. He has saved us so much money by not charging us for things or repairs we don't need and today, he put in new fuse for our air conditioner at no charge. I would highly recommend this company.

Tom and team at 303 are our go to people. We've been using them for a few years now or maintenance needs. Just recently, we needed to replace our furnace and air conditioner, original to the house from 1986. They spent almost two days here getting it done perfectly. I threw a last-minute curveball and had them do some Plumbing work as well which day fit in and did right then and there. The price was fair and better than others we had bid, they were very professional and we couldn't be happier. We will definitely use 303 from now on for all of our HVAC or plumbing needs! I want to do a 'shout out' to Jared with 303 Heating & Air .. !! wootwoot !! I am absolutely loving coming home to an air conditioned house ! Can't believe we've lived in the house for 5 yrs without AC ... Called 303 Heating & Air to get an estimate to install AC and when Jared told me my furnace was the original install and was surprised it was still working (Circa 1969 ) we decided to replace it and upgrade the electrical panel also !! Best decision ever... Jared explained everything in detail, took care of scheduling the electrician and met the delivery truck with the new units. He communicated with me through the entire process! He was very careful in the back installing the AC lines and didn't disturb my flowers !! Thank you Jared and 303 Heat for an excellent job !!
This is a great company to have on your team for HVAC services. We had Tom come out to give us a bid in 2015, but our timing did not work out. However, we were so impressed by him that we kept his bid all these years and when we were ready to install a new furnace and put in ac, his company was the last one we called after getting multiple bids over the past year. We felt that he would give us the most competitive bid out there and we were right. We got a great value for the equipment and services we received. Plus - Tom is a nice guy to boot! He's professional, on time, uses good equipment and he knows his trade. We will certainly used him for other needs and highly recommend him for yours.
Would give Tom a 10 star review if I could! I had two other companies completely flake on me and we had a guest coming at 7pm with our house at 82 degrees and rising. I called Tom and he immediately came out (within 15 mins!). He said it was such a quick fix that he didn’t even charge us. Awesome guy, awesome work! We also got a quote for AC and furnace replacement that was significantly cheaper than other places. We will definitely use Tom when we need to replace next year!
Our 24-year-old AC unit went out about 3 weeks ago. I contacted 4 other AC companies before a neighbor recommended Tom with 303 Heating and Air. With most of the other four companies, I felt like I was dealing with traveling salesmen trying to sell me things I didn't need. Tom came out on a Saturday, gave us the most competitive quote for the highest-rated machine, and included in his offer all of the extra services the other companies tried to upsell us on. He was able to install our unit the next day. Each time he came to our home, he was on time or early, and he gives a courtesy call when he's on his way so you'll know when exactly to expect him. I'd recommend Tom with 303 Heating and Air to anyone who needs their AC or furnace maintained, fixed, or replaced. Thanks, Tom!
Our furnace was acting up, and this morning upon waking, it was 61 in the house. I called Tom and he was able to come over, diagnose and fix the problem. He took the time to explain what was going on, and answered even more questions we had about other heating and cooling. He is a great guy, and has our business here on out! I will recommend him to everyone needing/wanting any work to be done!
Tom with 303 Heating and Air is great. Always punctual and available for my furnace during winter months. Then when I needed to replace it with an AC/Furnace he was the best priced. As well as offers warranty on his product and services.
My baseboard water heat boiler was old and needed to be replaced. I received several different quotes. Tom was able to come and take a look at the job on the same Saturday I called him. His quote was competitive. Better yet, the quality and planning of his team’s work was great! The new system saves space and looks great. I can’t say enough about Tom’s friendly attitude and willingness to consider any input I had on the project! I’m super happy with my new system!!
Last year we got bids to get central air installed in our house, we already had forced air, a new thermostat, and a crawl space right next to our utility room, should have been an easy installation but all the big companies wanted to charge us over $7500! We decided we couldn't afford it and suffered through that summer. Then someone recommended we call 303 and sooooooo glad we did! Got us a great unit, just what our house needed, installed in a day, for a great price! We will only use 303 heating and air in the future!

We called these guys this morning for our A/C unit that stopped working last night, he came out tonight and we now have cool air up and running!! I highly recommend Tom. He called to let us know he was close, came right on time, gave us a good estimate, and fixed our unit. Even showed us how to maintain it ourselves in the future! Excellent service, very kind, friendly and timely. We will call them for all services needed in the future!
Roberto was so knowledgeable and helpful. He was available on a Sunday to figure out what was causing our a/c unit to freeze up. It was nice that 303 heating did not charge us an arm and a leg just because it was the weekend and was able to solve our issue in the same day. We will definitely be calling them for our future a/c needs.
Can’t say enough good things about this company. We had Tom replace our furnace, install a new air conditioner, and replace our hot water heater. I got 2 other quotes and Tom offered the most reasonable price and I was sold by his knowledge and communication while doing the estimate. Did a great job and was done in a day and half. He did a phenomenal job as everything works great. Highly recommend, good price and good work! He goes above and beyond, he even installed a exterior outlet by the AC and electrical panel, for no additional cost.
