Easy to get ahold of and was able to come the same day to take care of the thermostat repair for a very reasonable price as compared to the competition.
3 Ways of Air replace all the ducts in my house and also move the unit in order to increase flow of air not the house. We are super happy with how effective they performed the installation in a couple of hours, and clear all the debris, leaving the place flawless. Will definitely use them in the future…thanks to Mike and the crew.

I own a 12 unit mobile home park as well as my own personal home and they do an excellent job very responsive good pricing. I have had other AC companies and most of them didn't know what they were doing when they go to diagnose things. His staff knows the business and they diagnose problems correctly the first time unlike other companies I've dealt with.
They have always responded to the call giving very good service with the best prices. I always recommend it because they are the best in Tampa.
Very proficient with extremely fair prices. Mike was very responsive. I contacted him on a Wednesday about an AC installation in my townhome and he had it done by that Saturday. Him and his crew were quick and effective! I had several other quotes from other companies and no one touched his price. Great guy, great company.
The shorter waiting time ever. I called at 12.30pm. And before 2pm arrived. Very professional and all equipments as needed. Price was ok too. I do recommend.
Sunday night we had a power surge which in turn kicked off the AC and it would not come back on. After calling several other companies that were listed as open (yes they answer the phone but don’t do service calls at night, especially on a Sunday night) we were pretty discouraged thinking how miserable it would be with no AC all night and into Monday. We happen to call 3 Way AC and Mike answered said he would check with his technician and call us back. Mike called within 10 mins and told us his tech was not available but that he would come out and take a look. True to his word he was here in less than an hour. He immediately went to work diagnosed the problem and had us cooling off again in no time. Mike was honest and didn’t try to rip us off. We highly recommend 3 Way Air Conditioning and will definitely use him again. Thank you Mike!

Honest AC guy. Added leak stop to system and disclosed that it may or may not work. Other option was to replace coil or new HVAC system, so we took the chance with leak stop additive... and so far so good. However, AC leaks again we are prepared to make the next step.
Mike installed new duct work for me in two rooms and has been a faithful and responsive technician. Five stars all the way around!
