Transparent, clean and very competent. Will have them maintain our new units for as long as they last and probably get replacement unit installed by them as well. No doubt, one of the best around.
My experience with 2C's dates back to a previous company where the owners of 2C's used to work (that company closed up because the owner retired). I actually tracked them down. Why? Not because I am a stalker, but because good work, honest technicians and quality craftsmanship are hard to come by. I know this first hand. I put a lot of effort into finding the technicians I worked with previously for years. One of them is Marco at 2C's. I've never had a more honest, forthright and qualified technician working on our AC units. I trust these guys unequivocally, and their work is second to none. I've used many companies in the valley for decades as a AZ native, and I've never experienced a more honest group than these folks. They were recommended to me years ago by my parents whom I know are always wary of any company they work with (aren't most parents?). SO, when they told me to call these guys I knew I was going to get quality work and honesty. I was not disappointed. 2C's is the ONLY company I would ever recommend to a friend or loved one. I can guarantee any bad you hear about them has a story that will end up with a very good and reasonable explanation. I've had a lot of work done from adding ducts to help with warmer rooms in my home to general AC unit repairs and maintenance. I even have them come out every year just to make sure my unit looks ok when its working. I would NEVER do this if I didn't trust them 100%. They taught me a lot about how AC works and how homes are designed and built (guess what, not always well or in a manner that best suits AC performance). I do, and I am confident that you can trust them too. If you've spent time searching for a reputable, reliable and honest company with employees that care and are qualified to really diagnose your issue and help you not only fix - BUT MAINTAIN your AC -- then look no further. I will rarely take time to write reviews online, but this is worth every moment if it helps others to get the same peace of m

I needed servicing of our units in the beginning of Summer and 2C's responded quickly and professionally. They were also careful during their visit to honor social distancing and wore mask protection.
Do not waste your money.. This company is not honest and takes advantage of there customers. First they were late, second they charged me $75 for a service and did nothing. I guess if you just travel around getting on people's roofs and charging the $75 for nothing it could be profitable. I also called before they came out and asked them if the could clean a dryer vent. The girl in the office could not answer my question then the guy comes out and can't clean the vent either I have been in Az my whole life and have my ac serviced every 2 years and never had a company do this to me. I would of been happy to pay more to have to have it serviced but I guess they just want to make money and do nothing. I called back to speak to a manager and they will not take my call now.
Marco and his office did an outstanding job responding although my needed repair wasn't a big job. Marco's work was clean and professional, he gave me options that were in my budget. I recommend him and his crew for any heating and cooling job.

I received prompt and quality service from Marco at 2c's. My ac/ heat unit stopped working and 2c's was able to attend and provide me a number of options which included repairing the unit which was ultimately done. Marco was honest and professional in his estimates and the final bill was in line with his estimates. I would not hesitate to recommend 2c's to others as I found them to be reputable and they operate with integrity.

from start to finish the complete central air with electric heat was a quick, smooth purchase. The AC was out in my folks home, 2C's had it replaced and going seamlessly. Ordered wed evening and installed friday.
