I needed my system repaired after using their company to install a brand new system after only two years. When they came out to do the repairs their workers stepped through my ceiling causing a hole and damaging a light. I asked for their insurance, which they refused to give me (I’m guessing they don’t have any) and said they would fix it. They did a terrible job and caused more damage by getting paint from the repair on my appliances, floor and cabinets. When I complained about the repair they said “why do you expect it to be perfect “? I just want my home to be in the condition it was before they damaged it. I would not use this company at all.

I thought for sure I was either going to need a new unit or have some major repair. Eddie assured me that all I needed was a little maintenance. His honesty and professionalism will have me as a loyal customer for years to come. He even followed up a few days later to ensure I was happy with the results. I couldnt ask for more
Unfortunately the AC at my friends house stopped working on a very special day. It was his wedding day at home. I called Eddie and he fortunately had a tech available and get there in 30 minutes. I could not be more appreciative for helping a good friend in a bad situation get his AC running on his wedding day at home.
This company goes above and beyond to bring great service and satisfaction to its customers. My senior parents had their A/C go out on a warm weekend evening. We called and the owner answered right away offering to send his technician out to their home that night or to come out himself first thing the next morning. He showed up on time and had their unit up and running in no time without trying to overcharge or trying to tell them to buy a whole new system.
Called and staff was nice they were knowledgable and showed up to do an estimate of the work needed and said they would drop it off, but the only problem was the gentleman never came back with the estimate that was supposed to be dropped off with a breakdown of the upcoming work and prices. I called 2 weeks later and the man i spoke to said he would tt someone else there and call me back but I'm still waiting on the call which is now 2 weeks later after the call. Seems like a good company to start but doesn't follow through with what was said. Mistakes happen and things get lost so maybe it's not the usual way they do business but to keep from getting honest reviews like this, thay should make sure these things don't happen. Best to call and see for yourself cause they seemed to be good at what they do as far as work goes. I'm not trying to turn anyone against this place just stating the facts of my situation, it's only the opinion of one person.
These guys are hands down the best in the business. I own a rental property that was having some Air conditioning issues and my tenants were very uncomfortable. The owner Eddie although completely swamped with work (clearly for good reason) had a technician out to my house within a few hours and corrected an issue I assumed would cost me thousands of dollars for an absolute fraction of the price. The technician was courteous, professional, and worked incredibly quickly. He gave me a detailed set of instructions in order to prevent recurring issues, and assured me if I had any problems at all that he would fix it. If you are even considering going else where for help on your residential or commercial AC needs let me save you the time. Don’t. These guys are absolute pros.
My rental management company used 2 Rivers Heating and Air conditioning for my AC repair and I absolutely would recommend them for your AC needs. Jerry Cobb was the assigned technician and I really appreciated the time he took to answer my questions and help me understand the problem. The project was bigger than expected and more team members were sent in. They were all very professional and got the job done as needed. Their customer service is a big appeal as well. 5 Stars!
These guys were great! They installed heating and air units in one morning and were totally professional. Cleaned up all areas they worked in. The cost was the best and I am totally happy. When it hits 100 degrees tomorrow I will be cool. THANK YOU SO MUCH EDDIE AND CREW!!

When your have professionalism, personality and you just happen to bring the family along then you cant beat the quality of service and environment these guys give. Family owned and ran and it shows by how much they care not only about the task at hand but also about interacting with the customer! You guys rock and I know I will definitely reccomend these guys to anyone!

In today's day and age of fly by night contractors, 2 Rivers heating and air stand apart. As soon as I called about my AC issue I was scheduled immediately for next day service. I was given an immediate fix by a knowledgeable team as well as recommendations for the future fix my unit. I highly recommend them.
2Rivers crew has installed a new AC in my home and I could not be happier with it! They also helped us figure out a plan of action for the AC system at our neighborhood clubhouse, saving us money and giving us peace of mind. Very pleased with the 2Rivers crew, they came in to replace my unit they showed up with a great attitude and got the job done fast! Their prices are very reasonable and the system works great! I was a little worried about the mess but when they were done they cleaned it all up like there was no mess to begin with. I recommend anyone that needs a new system to go with these guys you won’t be disappointed!
My AC wasn't working towards the end of summer when we were still having triple digit days. I called Two Rivers Heating and Air-conditioning and talked to Eddie. They were able to come out and look at my AC unit the same day I called. Unfortunately, the Central AC was on way it way out. Eddie repaired it enough so that we would be comfortable until the next day when he would be able to replace the unit. His crew showed up promptly at 8 and made quick work of replacing our unit. They not only did a great job but left our house clean without any traces that they had been there. Their prices are reasonable and much better than the other quotes I received for the same work. I have since recommended them to my family and friends.
