Came home to upstairs AC not working Monday night. I called Dustin Tuesday afternoon, he showed up Wednesday morning, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He got the correct part and made repairs all within two days of calling him. Fast, friendly, great value, and efficient. Couldn’t ask for more.
During the yearly A/C check up an issue that could have become a much bigger problem was discovered. Dustin was able to diagnose and fix the problem during the same visit. 1st Service Heating & Air has kept my home comfortable all year round for the last 6 years. If I am asked torecommend an HVAC company it's always 1st Service Heating & Air!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING COMPANY! I live out in the middle of nowhere and reached out to Dustin months ago for a duct cleaning. He was out there within 2 days, driving almost 2 hours. It was outside his service area, but he was such a caring and understanding person that he made the trip. Fast forward to last week when we realized we had no choice but to put in a new heat pump.. Once again I reached out to Dustin and within days we had a brand new heat pump installed. Dustin is such a passionate and patient person when it comes to his job. He went above and beyond for my family and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to anyone with HVAC needs. He's devoted to his customers and I promise you won't find anyone better! Thank you so much Dustin!
Dustin recommended a higher efficiency heat pump system for me; the price was right and will end up saving me more than the extra cost. The install was done in a day, and I was pleasantly surprised by the new thermostat he brought to install. I will keep using this locally owned company.
I called them to explain my situation and they expedited my repair right away and worked with me as I have a senior citizen living with me who has health issues related to extreme heat. Great people that are honest and will treat you fairly. Put in a new heat pump system and save $200 on the fist electric bill !!! Wow !!!!!!

These guys are awesome! Air went out and I called after work. Someone actually answered and it was 7 pm! A tech came out the next day and found out we had a switch that went bad. I have a home warranty and I called and they refused my claim. Dustin and his team called them and set them straight!!! Needless to say the home warranty is paying at least partially because of them. I will definitely be using them in future.
Highly recommend this company. Very professional, knowledgeable and concerned for customer. Dustin stayed until job finished, so we would not be without air conditioning in 90+ degree heat.

They came out, made me aware of the issues that caused the Drain Pan to run over, gave me the diagnostics in layman's terms; and help remedy the problem until the more permanent solution could be opted towards. A working man couldn't ask for more.
The company was swift, professional, courteous, had great pricing (especially compared to other companies), went above and beyond to help us out in a short amount of time, cleaned up before they left, and explained everything thoroughly! 100% recommend!

Dustin and Butch are qualified professionals. They have repaired my heating, and air conditioning units. They are honest, kind men. Today is 18 degrees, Dustin repaired my heat pump. Last summer it was 95 degrees and they repaired my AC. Work is done in a timely manner, no mess. There is no price gouging with this company. They don't leave until they are sure everything is working properly. Highly recommend this company.

They came out same day and fixed our AC when it went out. Rain or Shine they will get it done. Pricing was very reasonable and Dustin is very professional and knowledgeable about what he does. I would reccomend 1st service to anyone.
