We have been using 1st Priority Heating & Air for all of our HVAC needs at our current house and plan on continuing to use them when we move. We have always been extremely satisfied with their service. The technicians at 1st Priority Heating & Air are always prompt and arrive on time for appointments. They are also very knowledgeable and are able to quickly diagnose and fix any issues we have had with our heating and air conditioning. One of the things we appreciate most about 1st Priority Heating & Air is that they never try to sell us something we don't need. They are honest and upfront about what is necessary to keep our HVAC system running smoothly, and we trust them to give us the best advice. So many people do not realize the importance of keeping the clothes dryer duct clear of blockage. Depending on frequency of use, it is a timely safety necessity. We are thankful for the professional, informative expertise and service available from 1st choice.

The only HVAC company I now use. Lewis and his wife, Barbara, were recommended to me by my home inspector 2 years ago (I am a Realtor and investor). My previous HVAC contractor was excellent, but simply became too busy. Lewis stepped in and has worked for me on numerous projects - be it replacing systems, to simply evaluating a unit on a flip I am purchasing. He and Barbara are extremely responsive, unbelievable reasonable in their pricing and unimaginably friendly. The AC went out in my house. I read a couple reviews and decided to give 1st Priority a shot. I called in and got an appointment for later that day (Friday) between 3 and 5 PM. I received a text slightly before 3 letting me know they were one their way. The owner, Lewis, arrived shorty after 3. He located the issue right away and had the parts to get my unit up and running. I asked for his opinion of my AC since I’d had another company out a few years back that tried to get me to buy a replacement right then. He asked me if kept the house cool. “Yes, it’s worked great except for the day the part went out the the other company replaced and today which had already been repaired.” He then asked if it was costing much in maintenance. I explained that in 13 years that it had only been looked at twice and the combined bills were less that $400. He replied why replace a working unit? I appreciated the fact that he didn’t try to sell me a replacement unit. I ended up having he do the interior and exterior coil cleaning which hadn’t been done since I owned the house. He stayed until after 7 PM on a Friday evening to get everything buttoned back up. The AC is now running cooler than ever.
