Adolfo came to tune up my AC systems. He was very professional and explained everything to me in detail that I clearly understood. I called him back out with what I thought was an issue, (turned out no issue at all) he was very prompt and came same day to help. I will be using Adolfo and 1st in Line for all my future AC issues! These are good people.
Amazing service! Our a/c went out on a Sunday afternoon and at the recommendation of a friend we called 1st in Line. They were here within the hour! He was so polite and talked my husband through what the problem might be and gave us multiple options for solutions. We really appreciated his customer service and kindness, and the cost was very reasonable. We really appreciated him and would recommend them to anyone!

Adolfo was EXCELLENT!!! He was kind enough to show me exactly what happened and how to prevent future repairs. I needed an emergency repair and he showed up 20min after I called!! Super dependable and very knowledgeable and GREAP PRICES!! I would recommend him to anyone needing any HVAC services !!
Rodolfo has worked on our AC unit as well as my brother’s a few times. He’s dependable, knowledgeable and very professional. He answers all questions and explains the process all the way through. This is the third time one of my AC units has broken and he’s come the same day I called or the next day at most. We have used them twice. The first time was when our AC went out in the middle of summer, on a Friday evening. I thought we would have to go the whole weekend without air, but a family member recommended we give them a call, and Adolfo came out at 8pm that night and got us up and running. We have two very young children, so it was a life saver. He is punctual, very pleasant and professional. I’d give him 6 stars if I could!
Adolfo was GREAT. I contacted him at 11:45 at night and he was there the next day. I have used him twice, and have sent two people to him. He is trustworthy, and helpful. Would recommend to anyone.

Fast,Knowledgeable and awesome customer service!!! Mid Summer hot 🔥☀️ and Our AC froze ❄️over and went out 😞 we called and Adolfo was at our house in a couple of hours maybe even less. He searched and found a tiny freon leak (but big enough to cause issues🤦🏻♀️) He made the order for the part that needed replaced and added freon to keep us cool and comfortable until the new part came in. The new part was in less than a week later and he was here the next day!!!! Problem fixed and we are definitely Happy Customers 🥰
I have had the pleasure of having Adolfo perform several tasks both residential and commercial. Hes very explanatory on what an issue is, and why, then some advice to prevent issues from occurring again if applicable. Having seen first hand the jobs that were done, I will vouch to anyone that quality workmanship comes in every job.

I've had Adolfo work on my system for minor issues and he's always clear in explaining what options are available and which one he recommends. I've also recommended him to a few family members, because I trust he'll provide them with the same level of service. Some have required their complete systems replaced and others just minor repairs. Regardless of the extent of the service, they've all been extremely satisfied.
