Aaron and his team were great. They spent the day in that hot attic. Most of the time you forgot they were there. They were really nice and my air feels great. I would highly recommend 1st Impression heating and A/C
I prefer to use family owned, local business. I called 1st Impressions for an issue we were having with our master bedroom which was always cold. Mr. Winston suggested a fix that would work within my budget. He was knowledgeable, reliable and made modifications that were actually $100 less than the original estimate. I appreciated his honesty and would not hesitate recommend him. I would definitely use his services in the future UPDATE 1/31/2022. It's been over a year and I'm noticing how the bedroom is noticeably warmer, especially during these cold nights and mornings . Beyond comfortable. So thrilled with the work done. Highly recommend this company!!

We obtained 5 estimates, some through HomeAdvisors. However, we chose Aaron as a recommendation from my in-laws and a sister-in-law who all had their units replaced as well. They all spoke very highly of the service and pricing and the units themselves. Out of all of the estimates, we chose Aaron. He was priced fairly, did the work professionally and very timely. He was, out of all five estimates, the most honest and down to earth we had met yet. I would highly recommend him for any of your HVAC projects without a doubt!
I had Aaron (the owner) come out late one Sunday night in the middle of summer when my A/C quit on me. He was professional and very fair in his pricing to repair it. So, when my furnace needed to be replaced, I called him back in to take care of the job. He was able to fit me into his schedule fairly quickly (even though I had left it until it was getting cold out). I felt comfortable enough to give him a key to my house so I could work while he replaced it and we worked out payment over the phone. Very happy with his workmanship and would refer him to anyone!

I am a business owner in Indian Trail. My HVAC system was out early on a SAT am😏 . Looked for a good local small business to help out. Man, I found one! My phone call was returned in minutes and had an appt before noon. They handled my problem quickly and fairly priced. Will be my go to going forward!
Aaron was amazing! Punctual, polite, knowledgeable and accurate. He knows his air conditioning units and goes above and beyond in keeping your home cool. He is an incredibly honest guy and won’t take you for a ride! Highly recommend!!!!
WOW!!!!!!! What a AWESOME guy....He was out here the same day I called and spent hours fixing my problem, the unit has NEVER worked as good as it does now..Aaron really knew his stuff and showed me everything that had to be fixed and explained why it was broke or not working...I will never call anyone else to fix my heat or air but him. He was also very nice and a great personality I would recommend him to all that need your heat or air fixed...he is one you can trust!!! Thanks Aaron for everything!!!!
