Always on time
What a great Service. Mo was professional, knowledgeable and on time. He reviewed the issues, discussed options and ordered parts. What an awesome service, it reminded me of what a good service should feel like, unlike my last experience with a contractor!
Fantastic experience Used them for both heating as well as air conditioning. very honest HVAC expert Mae came and repaired to perfection and charged very nominal amounts

Moe responded right away and was able to come out an hour after requesting a quote. We didn’t have heat. It was a simple fix that was fixed quickly. He was professional, quick, and took the time to answer my questions. I highly recommend this company!!

Excellent customer service! The condenser of our AC unit went out on Saturday night on Labor Day weekend, right in the middle of excessive heat wave warnings in Simi Valley. 1st HVAC was the only AC repair company that was available to come on a Sunday (on a holiday weekend no less). Not only that but they responded to me at around 11PM at night on a Saturday and schedule to come to my home the next day in the morning to look at my AC unit. Moe was great! He came on time, was very professional and friendly, and did excellent work. He diagnosed the problem, explained everything to me in detail and had the condenser fixed in about 30 minutes. The price he charged was more than fair. He also provided a detailed invoice of the work so I could try to get reimbursed by my home warranty company. Not having a working AC when the forecast was in 100s for the week would have been a nightmare, so can't thank 1st HVAC enough! I highly recommend this company.

100% satisfied with the service I received. Any time it’s hot and there are issues with the a/c I automatically think dollar signs that I do not have the means for. 1st HVAC was available same day and able to diagnose the problem effectively and efficiently which luckily turned out to be a quick fix that did not break the bank at all. I felt they were honest and open about everything and it felt more like the support from a friend than a business transaction which I appreciated. I will definitely be using them again and again
