It’s Father’s Day and he still came out and got us fixed up so we wouldn’t be stuck without ac , he was extremely nice and went above and beyond to fix it and explain everything to us. 10/10

Reliable servicemen in the area are hard to come by and even harder to get someone on the phone. All it took was one phone call and they got someone out within a day or two to fix my issue. Josh and his coworker came out, quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed with no problems! Real nice guys! I’ll be using them again!
I absolutely adore this company! I called the owner Mark Ewell one Saturday evening with an emergency no cooling situation..... Proclaiming "Lord, have mercy it was hotter than a blue blazes in my house, the devil is having a barbecue, and my poor family was the rub roast". He dispatched his men with utmost haste. Arriving in a white stead.... I believe it was a Chevy...... they got to work on my failing unit!! Within minutes they had my unit diagnosed. And repair followed shortly after, I was bewildered with wonderment the only thought that passed my mind was "I thought superheroes were only a thing on TV!!!". For the best most reliable service call the super techs at 1st Class Comfort Heating and Air and their leader, that is only rivaled by Professor Xavier himself, Mark Ewell!! Added bonus this man is a man of God so not only can he save your house from feeling like hell he can help you save your soul from going there as well!!!!

I called 1st Class during the peak a/c season needing a repair. They were able to get a tech to my house by 8:30 the next morning. The tech was very knowledgeable, professional and explained everything as he went. The price was excellent and I will definitely be using them in the future for any repairs.

They did an excellent job with fixing the blower on my unit. They answered my call right away and even got to me way sooner than quoted that they could when I called. I was so impressed with quick quality work and being able to get it fixed for a very reasonable price all in one day. Pricing was very clear everything was explained including showing me how the blower went out and why. Conversation was also great with them, my kids thoroughly enjoyed talking with them. Very friendly people and great work, would highly recommend to them to anyone!!!
