We had 100% Service look at our NEW system after the company that installed it would not respond to our calls. Frank took one look at the issue - leaking from the coolant coils - and gave us direction on what to do. We subsequently had 100% come out and fix the issue. Working great now. Thank you 100%!
Frankie and Frank are exceptional in problem solving and dedicated to giving their best foot forward. I do rent my home and they’ve come out multiple times to diagnose and resolve my hot water heater issues. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to help in my house hold! I did a little research and now knowing they’re both vets (navy and marines) I will definitely request them for all my heating, cooling and hot water heater services. Thanks guys! I called 100% Service for a second look at my heating system. Another company had given me an estimate the week prior and told me that I needed to have my furnace replaced and the cost was going to be $25,000. When Frankie came to my house he was on time, professional and quickly diagnosed the issue. I did not need a new furnace! We have used 100% Service exclusively for 10 years on our heat and A/C systems. The prior owner used them as well. It is a family-owned business; father and son are the HVAC professionals. Reliable and friendly. I totally trust these guys and enjoy seeing them semi-annually.

Our furnace went out on Super Bowl Sunday and we didn't notice until the night of Valentines day. We called Frankie and he was out here Wednesday for a new install. He was very professional, on time, great quality, everything you look for when trusting someone in your home and with repairs. Recommend 100% Service over and over!

Best in the business hands down! I hired these guys after getting 3 quotes, to install a new A/C unit, furnace, and hot water heater. They were competitive, on time, professional, and did a great job. They complete all maintenance on my system and I can't recommend them high enough!!
I was referred by a friend. I called and spoke with Emily to schedule my estimate. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and very pleasant to speak with on the phone. Frank Jr. came out to my estimate and completed the installation of our new system arriving as scheduled. He discussed several options with us to determine what was important and tailored our new system to meet our needs. They removed and replaced the 1979, original to the house, furnace with a new high efficiency furnace and replaced the old thermostat with a new wifi thermostat. The installation was completed in one visit, as scheduled. The work area was kept clean and we weren’t left with any mess to clean or trash to remove. I would recommend 100% Service Inc. to anyone needing HVAC service or to upgrade their system.
