We had a difficult time finding a plumber who would work on a mobile home and were so glad that they could help us! We had a flushed toy incident that clogged the toilet and we needed it fixed ASAP. Jose came and did an absolutely wonderful job, he was professional and friendly, very easy to talk to and explained everything he did. The response time was great and the price was reasonable. We would definitely call again in the future and would recommend this service to others.

We first called Roto-Rooter to come unclog our drain. They wasted two hours of our time and were very rude. Then we found Lehigh Valley Plumbing Experts and what a difference! Jose showed up four hours early and had the problem basically figured out before he rang the door bell. Within 40 minutes the situation was completely resolved! Jose did a great job, was extremely professional and gave us honest feedback. To top it all off the price for the services he provided was very fair. I will definitely call these guys again. If you are reading this and have an issue, you should too!

This company was excellent! Tony, the coordinator, was extremely helpful to work out the schedule that I needed for my plumbing emergency, Can you believe they even had evening hours ! Excellent!!! Carlos, the plumber that came was polite, acted and dressed professionally, and demonstrated that he knew what he was doing. He left the area clean and completed the work at a good rate of time. He did s terrific job !!! I’m so grateful for the excellent service ! I highly recommend this company with a thousand thumbs up. We really needed a plumber quick and they came same day, within 4 hours to Allentown. Jay came out and fixed our problem on the spot. Final price was actually less a little less than the quote! Wouldn't hesitate to use them again if I have any plumbing problems

Great company. They sent me a knowledgeable plumber that helped solve my annoying water pressure problem which has been bothering me for half a year! I'm located in Palmer Township and they are in Whitehall, but they still got here very quickly. Justin, the technician explained to me what he was doing every step along the way. He also gave me advice on how I could fix a leak in my kitchen by myself, instead of charging me to do it. Seriously, I can't thank Lehigh Valley Plumbers enough

Amazing Service! Joe arrived a few hours after I called to set up an appointment. I thought I needed a new water heater because mine was leaking at the bottom however he was able to get it working again by replacing the element. Total price was a fraction of what a replacement water heater would have cost

My husband and I realized we had an issue around 6pm. We have no running water. We called to have a technician come out. We were reassured that this would be something that could be resolved tonight. If they weren't confident they could get the water running, they wouldn't bother coming out. We were told he would be there around 7:30 - 8pm ish, as he was at a call at that time. We got a call around 8 saying he was in the middle of something at that call. He would be there around 10pm. No big deal, we appreciated the phone call. Being in the emergency service industry, I understand how that goes. My husband called at 10:30pm to get an update on a time. The man that answered the phone said he would call back in a few minutes after he gets an update. Well, 11pm rolls around and we haven't heard anything. We finally get a call around 11:20 from another company, saying we were referred to him from Lehigh Valley Plumbing Experts. He tells us that even if he were to come out tonight, he wouldn't be able to fix our problem because he doesn't have the right tools, but someone would be able to come out tomorrow.

If that was the case, a phone call earlier explaining this would have been helpful. I understand stuff happens, but communication is key. Especially in emergency situations. If we would have known sooner, we would have had more time to call another company. I am pregnant and my husband has Chron's disease. Having access to a working toilet is very important. At this point, we have called another company. With it being this late, we are going to have to wait until tomorrow to have it repaired.

Tony came to change the faucet in my bathtub. He was friendly and professional. He got right to work and finished before lunch. Everything checked out and I could finally use my tub. Thanks Lehigh Valley Plumbing Experts! Thanks Tony for a great experience.

Needed a valve replaced because it is stuck half open. EVA Home Services came out. The quote to replace it came in at $860.

That is $200 for a $30 part and $220 an hour for 3 hours of work.

Also to add they needed $75 in CASH to come out and look at the job.

They claimed to be a master plumber so they charge top dollar. This looks like nothing but a cash grab to come out and give bogus estimates.

Response to Owner:
1. I may have been off 20$ on the estimate because they took it with them when they left so i was going from memory.

2. To be clear the 840$ quote was JUST for the valve replacement I posted in the image.

3. I did get a quote for the "full workup" you mentioned. That quote was $1100. Joe's salesmen had to confirm back at the office that they could touch all of the other plumbing in question. Since to your point it was likely DIY before i purchased this home.

4. Pretty convenient that you got an itemized list of everything they were going to do to post a response on here. You also got to talk to the plumber. The quote i got was scribbled on a sticky note with 3 numbers on it. The material cost, the labor cost, and the higher cost for doing more then the valve. The plumber sat in the car while the salesmen that was with them spent the whole time explaining to me why i should pay top dollar for a Master plumber. Your plumber needs a salesmen to come along to pitch a high rate and they dont even stick around to explain the work. They also just happened to give you the lower price for the bigger job.

5. There was no discount offered to my wife. Only option was to send someone else to our home for another estimate. The first plumber came out 3 hours later then our appointment and after the quote in question we already decided we were not doing business here. Our request was for a refund on the service call because an over $210 hourly rate and 3 hours to replace a single valve looked like a unfaithful quote. If the quote was fair rate we would not have asked for a refund. Keep in mind I paid them the 75$ without issue (No credit card option was offered to me). Then we called you in an attempt for you to refund what we felt was an awful experience.

6. Thanks for the personal jab that i lie to my wife. Your plumber sat in the car and sent his sale men in the house to sell me a bogus rate. Your plumber couldnt even be bothered to come in the house and explain the work they were going to do. So i had no information to lie about.

P.S - Your business came to me as a recommendation from a friend. Today i learned that i actually called the wrong business. I was really looking for "Lehigh Plumbing."

If we are making assumptions, then your plumber came and saw a nice big house so they thought they could charge top dollar and there is a chance i would bite on it. You made your 75$ either way. You tried a Golden Spoon scam which is quite common in this area and got called out on it. But hey you stand by your plumbers quote of $213hr rate. Personally I was looking for a plumber in the 100-150$ per hour range.

Don't worry I have a Master Steamfitter doing the repair job. So my house wont explode.

With the freeze, one of our pipes busted. I called in at 9:30 AM and by 1:30 everything was fixed! Tony came out. He was very professional and explained everything to me. I would definitely call him again. Thank you!!
