Didn't install the AC unit level. Do not like the workmanship around the furnace. Air blows out the the holes of the plenum where the AC component were installed.
Update, the second year after the air conditioner install, it was found the furnace blower motor was not strong enough to blow the hot air around the air conditioning equipment. The fix was a new and bigger furnace. There was no discussion from Campbell regarding the size of the furnace blower during the air conditioning install. It led to another major expense.
