    Mike Gable installed a split quad system at a rental property I owned over 6 years ago. It has performed effectively for all this time. And I highly recommend Central plumbing because their quite was thousands of dollars below several of the "National" chains.

    Mike Gable and his staff at Central Plumbing, Heating & Air have been servicing our heater/air for a couple years now. They always provide very fast, professional service. Recently our very old unit finally needed to be replaced. Mike walked me through several replacement options at different price levels and talked to me about the pros and cons of each option. After choosing my new unit, Mike and his crew did an excellent job installing it, cleaning up the work area and teaching my wife and I how to use it. He even programmed the new thermostat! I would definitely recommend Central Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning!

    This is a terrific local company with great people and great prices – they have serviced our heater and air conditioner several times over the years. They have fair prices, good workmanship, and a fast response time. They recently replaced a motor in our heater and ran a combustion test to make sure it was operating at safe air levels. Happy they were looking out for my family' s safety and comfort! I won't hesitate to call them again to meet our plumbing, heating and air conditioning needs.

    Promptly returned my call when reaching out for initial quotes. Not every plumbing company wants to handle gas lines, so I was glad to find them. Showed up as scheduled, and finished my various items within a half day. Took the time to walk me through each item they repaired/replaced prior to their departure. Will certainly have them as my go-to moving forward.

    These guys are not trustworthy and are okay with junior folks performing service without appropriate supervision. Used Central a few weeks ago to investigate and repair a kitchen faucet with low water pressure. Got upcharged when the tech decided the issue wasn't with the faucet and needed to go into the supply line. The net-net was then that our faucet (of 10+ years) had a faulty design, that it was fixed for now, but we could have issues later. In the interim, I learned from our tenant who was present during the service that 1) the tech lost something in our fixture that he was unable to recover and 2) the supervisor on the job spent most of his time playing on his phone rather than supervising. Two weeks later, the issue returned. Upon inspection by another plumber, it was determined that the supply valves were bad and needed replacing and our fixture, while old, was not flawed or problematic. Valve replacement seems to have fixed the issue, which should have been discovered by Central's tech when they evaluated our supply line for the additional posed charged. It took them a week and 2 follow ups to even call back to discuss the issue. And all we are left with is a "sorry we missed that". Take your business elsewhere!

    Great Service! I converted my half bath into a full size bathroom and Central Plumbing Heating & AC made this process seamless. They were prompt, professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. I am very please with the finished product. I have also called this company for an emergency plumbing issue I had in my basement and they were very quick with their response and found and corrected the issue right away.

    Extremely horrible service. Unfinished job. Overpriced service. Unprofessional staff. Untrustworthy company.
    We got a problem with the blower for central air (heating and cooling). My wife randomly picked this company. They told us to replace the motor and charged more than $500 for it. We had to wait for a week before they came back to do the job. Their technician came with a supposedly new motor but wired it incorrectly. As a result, the blower did not work at all with the new motor. After another week they came back and reinstalled it. It worked but the electric current was higher than normal. They did not know how to find out the problem and left it as it was. After a few weeks, the motor, which was still under warranty, stopped working. Called the company, but they tried to find all sorts of excuses so that they could get away with it.
    Apparently their technician had no idea about how to do the job. What their service technician could do was to ask you to replace more parts, although they had no idea about whether it's relevant or not. (We asked other professionals and they told us that the motor was defective and the other part that they suggested us to change had nothing to do with the problem.)

    Thank you Central! Right in the middle of making bread I detected a gas leak. UGI came right out and identified the issue and said I needed to contact someone to fix the line to my stove. I called Central and they made room for me that day. Mike was the tech, he gave me a quote that was reasonable and he worked diligently to fix the line. Before he left he inspected every aspect of the line to insure that it was completely repaired and up to code. I would recommend them to anyone.

    Their guy Mike came out and told me it will cost $600 to replace zone valve. I had another plumber came out take a look, he said it was stuck, I paid $120 and it was done. Now Central is calling me back, asking for $79 to diagnostics. TO which my response is, but he diagnosed it WRONG. he quoted me $600 for job that didn't need to be done, and fix was only $120, if he offered me that, I would have said yes on the spot. To which they gave this guy Mike the phone, he threatened me, wanted to fight me, and cursed... Don't deal with these guys!!
