This is the first of ever giving someone a negative review but hopefully it saves someone from the stress we have had. Do not use him unless you'd like to pay to have it done twice. I built my house 8yrs ago and unfortunately my contractor used him for my plumbing and my geothermal heating system. This past November we had our second water line crack and flood our kitchen. The first pipe cause minimal damage. This recent one is costing us thousands and thousands. After investing into what is going wrong with our water lines it was determined that he used the wrong crimp rings on our pex tubing. Not only did this lead to the crack and leak but it has also voided our warranty with the pex company. So after only 8 years in a newly built home we have to tear out the ceiling of our first floor as well as several areas in walls to replace all of our water lines. In addition to all that has gone wrong with our plumbing we have also had issues with our geothermal system. Last month we woke up to no heat on our first floor. After being told 2yrs ago by Kaith that he doesn't service geothermal anymore (even though he installed it) we contacted someone else to fix it. This is when we found out he installed the wrong thermostat on our first floor. So instead of our geothermal running efficiently our axillary heat was kicking on to heat our first floor. For 8 yrs, our electric bills have been higher than they should have been.
