I had New Aire Tech replace my heat pump and highly recommend them! They are very professional, honest about their recommendations, and will try to save you money where they can. Also they are very good at answering any questions and explaining how your HVAC system works.

New Aire Tech just finished installing a 4 split system in my 1982 ranch home. I could not be happier with the way they handled this job. When I began looking for a company to install A/C, I contacted another well know company in the area. After 3 weeks I still had not had an estimate. I contacted New Aire and Eric sent the estimate the next day. When I contacted Eric that the contract looked good, he brought his brother for another walk through just to recheck his estimate for the correct sizing and placements of the units. After I signed the contract, the company began the job the next week (remember this was in February, not a popular time to install A/C so they were not booked up).
I was immediately impressed with their concern about dragging mud and snow into the house. Even though I had covered the floor with towels, they offered to remove their boots whenever they entered. After drilling holes, they used a vacuum to clean up the mess. When drilling holes in the bedroom, they covered the bed. I know this may seem like a small, trivial thing, but I have had workmen who left me a mess to clean up and I've never invited them back for another job.
Tony, Brock and Eric were aware of keeping doors closed as they moved from the basement to the outside.
During the process, Eric would call to ask if they could work on certain days and he always kept me informed of what work was going to be done that day. He took photos to show how the work had progressed. I felt informed and knowledgable about what was going on. Again, I've had workmen who have shared nothing.
When Tony was turning off the power to hook up the unit, Eric asked if there was anything that needed to be checked after the power was out.
On the days that I had to leave the house, these guys always turned out lights and locked doors before they left.
Although I am sure they laughed at my paranoia about having white condensate tubes against my brown brick rancher, Brock painted the tubing brown to more closely match the brick.
When the units were installed and ready to run, Tony took me through the operation of the remotes and the cleaning of the filters.
As they were leaving, they reminded me that if there were any issues or questions to contact them immediately.
I highly recommend New Aire Tech if you are considering a heatpump heating/cooling system. These guys are true professionals who live up to their business philosphy "We guarantee outstanding quality in every job we do. We won't leave until our customer is happy."

I had so many questions. What helped me decide on which company to choose was that Eric took the time to explain EVERYTHING. I appreciated that the most! When it came time for the install, Brock and Tony were the best as well. They were not only friendly but clean, worked efficiently and very knowledgeable. Not heat in zone two of my natural gas furnace. New Aire Tech was able to diagnose the problem quickly me back up and running in the same day!

Eric and his brothers of new Aire are a wonderful company. we needed ductless air put in right away are portable air conditioners weren't cutting it. so hot and humid in our house.Eric was very professional and on time for first meet. him and his team have been very amazing and professional though this whole process. They very well know what they are doing. anytime we had a question we were able to text and get in answer. no attitude for stupid questions which i felt we asked alot of. we even had a little problem with the some of products not coming in right away. not there fault but the manufacturer they work with didn't have some of the models in. so they were only able to do two of our rooms but man did it make a world of difference on the coolness of our house. we didn't have to make a payment till all the work was done. our house is so comfortable now. not a bit hot. so very satisfied with new Aire would recommend them to anyone.

As is always the case our AC went out during the heat wave this year. I can usually get it going myself but unfortunately the compressor gave up the ghost👻. I have known Tony for a long time and knew he was the guy to call. He responded quickly and Eric was able to locate a replacement unit which is not easy at peak season during the pandemic. Tony installed the unit within the week at a fair price and it is now working flawlessly. I highly recommend New Aire Tech for your home mechanical needs.

The guys at New Aire Tech LLC gave me a great deal on a Fujitsu mini-split system for our living room and our bedroom. They came in lower than any other estimates. They were fast and got it done in one day. They came up with an ideal system based on our square footage - 7k BTU for our small bedroom and 12kBTU for our living room. My wife and I couldn't be more happy with the system and the quality of work done by these professionals. Highly recommend!
