Called to discuss alternative and more environmental friendly heating services, clearly stating that I had to get rid of my underground oil tank and he called the property management company to try and further complicate things by stating that I was negligent to have services completed. Do not use Leon Landis, there are much better HVAC/Plumbers at better prices and greater courtesy for customers.

We've called them to get a quote on AC repair and a possible mini-split installation and I have to say these guys knocked it out of the park for us. Best in the Quarryville area.

Absolute worst experience. I called for pricing and availability. (My lease states I’m required to service the heat pump and I was moving out.) They wanted to speak to my landlord first before discussing anything further. He was not able to get in touch with him so I called someone else who was able to come out that day. Well Leon Landis then took it upon themselves to call my landlord In February (After I moved) and claim I authorized service and wanted it billed to me. The money was then deducted from my deposit because of their false claim of authorization. I wrote a review on their fb page. I was asked by Ann to take it down. So I did and we began to discuss the issue. It was their pushy salesmanship that caused this mess. I told Ann multiple times I did not authorize a service I called for pricing and availability. It’s called shopping around. I was then blocked from being able to comment, message, or review their business page. She proceeded to then message me from her personal page and made sure to throw in that she has friends at my place of employment. Completely unprofessional! My place of employment has zero to do with anything.

I’m uncertain where any of this is a threatening angry stance. It wasn’t until after I posted a review did my message get answered.

I always trust these guys with any air conditioner repair or installation work. Very dependable and easy to work with.

A few weeks back, I called this company for an issue I was having with my thermostat – It wasn't working correctly at all. As soon as I gave them a call, I received nothing but very helpful and professional consultation. Everything was explained to me really clear about the steps they were taking to diagnose the issue w/the thermostat to ensure it would work better moving forward.

The technician they sent us was EXTREMELY knowledgeable – clearly having expertise with furnace repair – and had everything on hand to do the job. After quickly identifying the problem, he explained to me what was wrong and what would go into the repair.

The work was done quickly. It was *impressive*. He gave me a chance to ask any questions I had to make sure the thermostat worked perfectly before he left, which I thought was cool!

I feel BEYOND satisfied with the service I got. And after working with them, it is evident they've got a team of experts that are some of the best for furnace repair. HIGHLY recommend Leon C Landis for any issues you have with your furnace.

I had a new shower installed a couple years ago and I had to have them return due to it leaking and causing mold on the wall in my bathroom. After their inspection it was determined it was not installed properly and they installed a new one. After less then a year the caulk was coming off of it and I paid them to come out and recaulk it. After less then another year the caulk started coming off again. I called the manufacturer and purchased the caulk they recommended for the shower unit. I am now, myself removing the caulk they used on it and paying someone else to redo it. The wood trim they put around the outside of the shower was also a poor job. It didn't fit nicely, was too short and one area filled in with caulk where two pieces didn't meet. I was not happy with this shower installation, especially for the price I paid.

Our furnace wasn't igniting despite our best attempts (which makes me feel silly because I used to work with furnaces myself back in the day!). Turns out, there were just a couple of faulty/old parts in the furnace that their technician recommended be replaced. I appreciate the expertise, your recommendations, and for bringing our furnace back to working condition! 👍🏽

Called at 8am on a Friday morning for what we thought was a hopeless situation... Within 4 hours Ronald arrived and immediately began to fix our broken well... He had all the parts necessary and was extremely professional and efficient... I will definitely call Landis again and recommend them without hesitation...
