First time using H&F. They were extremely prompt in scheduling just a few hours out. Matt took care of our 25 year old unit, letting us know it wasn't anywhere near as catastrophic as we thought. The repair was quick. We were kept well informed during the visit. And the price was way better than we expected. Great work.

Matt & Matt from H & F were both great. We’ve had them out twice as of 6/9. Once was for a tuneup of both the heating and cooling systems and once was to replace and repair a few parts that were failing on our outdoor A/C unit. Both visits were easy to schedule and they were prompt to arrive within the assigned window. Matt & Matt were friendly, professional and respectful on both visits. There was no pressure to perform repairs and the pricing was transparent with no hidden costs. I feel like they are trustworthy and we signed up for the preferred service plan for the next year, which includes a fall and spring tuneup, 10% off repairs, and preferred scheduling. I would definitely recommend if you need help with an HVAC unit.

After being recommended by my brother in law, H&F were promptly contacted and scheduled a time to clean out our boiler system. We got an upfront and reasonable quote with a yearly service quote as well. We haven't had our system cleaned in a few years, so it was definitely time. The guys showed up and they got to work. They weren't at the house long before they were cleaned up and done. Once done, they explained what they did, cleaned, replaced and showed me pictures. They also included the pictures with my invoice and left a description of what was done with my boiler.

These guys were great! They came out today for a quote on a mini split system and potential electric hot water heater install. I messaged them yesterday requesting a time to come and do a quote and they were able to get out to me the very next day! They were on time, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I like that they did not push unnecessary work or upgrades onto me and provided me with tons of information on the best options for my home. I look forward to receiving their quote and hopefully moving forward with installation.

Matt and Matt from H&F are knowledgeable, reasonable, and professional. We had them out to service our heating system in the fall and now our A/C this spring. They show up on time and aren’t just looking for a quick in and out, do the bare minimum to make an easy buck. They are willing to talk to you and teach you about your HVAC system and make reasonable recommendations about what you can do to improve the comfort in your home. They don’t jump to recommend an overpriced and unnecessary upgrade. 100% would recommend.

Matt came out and ran a diagnostic on an old boiler. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and offered great advice on how to proceed. Highly recommend!

Matt and his crew answered quickly, scheduled quickly and arrived quickly. They even noticed another unit wasn't working properly, I didn't know which apartment it belonged to. Matt and Matt were both great! They were friendly and professional - diagnosed and fixed my boiler in no time! The pricing was very reasonable and the service was excellent - everything from scheduling to being kept up to date with when they were on their way.
