Scott is great to work with. He is responsive and knowledgable, provides quality service, and installs quality products at a reasonable price. We had Scott service our HVAC system to make sure it was running as efficiently as possible after moving into a new home. He was great about educating us about our exiting system and pointing out our options and possible costs for future improvements without being pushy or salesy. Upon his suggestion, we had him install a new water heater (as the old one's life was running short) and a whole house air purifier system which has made a noticeable difference in cutting down the allergens in the air and my families overall health. I highly recommend Cornerstone HVAC/Scott Shaw for any HVAC needs.

We called Scott at 6:30 on a Saturday night when our air unit died on us. He was out in a half an hour and had it fixed in no time. He was very fair with his price, knowledgeable, and extremely honest and friendly. We were very happy to find someone local....so much better than one of those large companies. Scott saved the day again!
I called him when I noticed my A/C was not cooling on humid summer day and exterior pipe going into the house was frozen. He came out to my house within 2 hrs of my call and diagnosed the issue (bad blower motor) and replaced the part which he had in his truck. A/C is back on and blowing cold! Scott is very honest and trustworthy and has done work for several of the homes in our neighborhood (East Vincent/Spring City PA). I would highly recommend him.

We just had central air and heat installed in our home and all new duct work and we couldn’t be happier! Scott was very knowledgeable and professional and let us know everything that was going to be done every step of the way. We've been dealing with Cornerstone for a while now and we couldn't be happier. We rely on them to clean our furnace each year and this year we had them install central AC at our house. Their technicians were professional, knowledgeable and clean. We highly recommend them! We will be using them for our new furnace and duct work come spring. It is Sunday and I was checking reviews for HVAC service. I had five companies and slowly whittled them down until I was left with Cornerstone HVAC LLC. I filled out the online forms and gave them the make, model and serial numbers. I expected a response on Monday. No, no, no that's not how they operate. I received an email approximately fifteen minutes later. They explained that the heater that we have would be not as familiar to them and recommended another company who, by the way, answered my call and they assured me that they will be here tomorrow at 8am. Now, that's service.
