May Heating & Air Conditioning did an excellent job of servicing my faulty furnace that stopped running on the first coldest day of the winter season right before Thanksgiving! They were prompt, friendly, and available when needed. Best part they're local, and family owned/operated. I recommend them to anyone in my neighborhood. They came to my house twice that day, and even followed up the next day with a phone call to ensure everything was running smoothly. Alex was very educated, welcoming and easy to talk with. He explained the basics of the furnace and troubleshooting.

Alex is super nice and helpful on choosing AC unit. The May team did an excellent job on installation. I give them a call next time I have any issues with my furnace (not expecting any problem with the AC they installed)!

May Heating & Air quickly responded to our home after our furnace was ruined by a water line break. They are easy to work with, explained our options and quickly had our home equipped with heat in January! I highly recommend them, and will be sure to call them in the future to maintain our furnace and air conditioning.

Lots of great reviews and I am sure they do good work. However, not responsive. I had to follow-up with them 3 times over a month period and would have never heard from them if I did not initiate. Finally just gave my business elsewhere. Kept saying the phone was in various hands, but still your responsibility to follow-up.

Today, as of November 3, 2020, I still have not received a call, email, or letter letting me know if I needed to pay out of pocket.
The lady on the phone with May Heating and Air was telling me not to get upset. Wow, if you had to wait for three months to get your ac fix. You would understand why I'm upset and yelling. So I have to be sweet and dandy on the phone for their mistake for real.
Originally the Tech was either fired or left the company and did not tell them that I needed apart. So May heating and Air sent out another tech. That Tech again went on vacation and did not tell them also. So when I called May Heating and Air. They had to send out another tech. Today I just found out I had to pay 686.00 for the refrigerant.

FANTASTIC! They came within an hour of calling and had my furnace back up and running in ~30 minutes. They were very professional and seemed very knowledgeable. I will continue to use May for all of my heating & cooling needs. Pricing was very fair as well.

I was very pleased with the entire team at May Heating, from the estimate/quote process all the way thru the installation. Bob and Alex were very cordial and timely in responding to my request for an estimate and then providing the quote. Scheduling the installation around my busy schedule was made easy by Alex. The 2-day installation went very well, and Quentin and Andy did a great job with everything from explaining what they were doing to the cleanup afterwards. Both were very professional and it is easy to tell that they take great pride in their work. Looking forward to the A/C installation in the Spring!

Twice now, I've been completely stonewalled by this company for appointments. They don't care at all and never call to let you know they completely changed your service day/time. I do not recommending using them if you're under a home warranty. Literally the WORST.
