George Connelly Mechanical Contractor

This gentleman was sent by our warranty company to fix the dishwasher. He came by one evening to diagnose the issue and said he would order the part through the warranty company and would call to make a return appointment when the part was received. Weeks went by. I tried calling George many times but he never returned the call. The warranty company called and sent him emails. Finally George called back... he said, "oh right, you're the one with the thermostat." When reminded that no, we had the dishwasher in need of a motor, he apologized and said he would order the part right away. Again, weeks went by. The warranty company finally assigned an actual professional to handle the job but not before this clown wasted a month of my time.

An electrical outlet in my kitchen shorted out and none of my outlets worked. I called George Connelly hoping to get an appointment some time this week. George was at my house within a half an hour!! I'm so thankful! It was a huge inconvenience having to run extension cords to my dining room so my refrigerator and other appliances would work. He fixed the problem within minutes and charged me half of what I expected to pay!! Very affordable and quick response time. I will recommend him to everyone! Thank you!

I wouldn't recommend this man to fix anything. He couldn't fix our air conditioner and his communications skills are zero. Has no knowledge of processes with our home warranty and couldn't check on a part. Lied to the warranty company to get out of the job. Not very motivated or knowledgeable of the systems.
