Fredy Garcia from North Air Heating got our ductwork project completed in a record 2 days. Aside from his excellent technical expertise Fredy clearly explained the sequence of steps for the repair and clarified any questions we had. Very much recommended!! He was great!

Fredy, owner of North Air Heating and Refrigeration, is probably the nicest, most straightforward contractor that I have ever met! He told us exactly what we needed for our electric furnace, repair, while cautioning us that there may be more involved once he opened it up. As it turns out, it was a simple switch replacement and the cost for everything was way under what I was anticipating! Freddy is incredible! Our AC went out yesterday when it was 97 degrees out. He literally was at our house in 20 minutes. He came this morning with the parts needed to fix our unit, and we are up and running! Our system is old, so he could have easily said we needed a new unit. But instead he advised we fix it for now, and then take time over the next months to figure out a plan for a new system when we aren't rushed. We will for sure have him help us with a new furnace and AC purchase and install!

I have never dealt with a more responsive, prompt, and efficient contractor! Fredy is the man. He was very informative about everything, and once we made a decision on equipment, he had it done within 3 days. I would recommend him to anyone, 100%.

When my A/C blower motor died 2 days ago, I requested quotes from several local businesses. Fredy was the first to get back to me, and I could not be happier I used North Air. He was very upfront about what the costs and possible complications might be so there would be no surprises. He was also very communicative, letting me know as parts came in and the schedule changed. All in all, he delivered EXACTLY what he said he would when he said he would and I couldn't ask for better than that.

Our air conditioner went out on Sunday and it was going to be 100 degrees! I called Freddy and he answered right away and said he would call me as soon as he was done with a job he was on his way too. He called within a few hours, came right over, replaced a component and had our air on in no time.

Wow, Fredy does amazing work. He is so detailed with each step. He installed a new high efficiency furnace and AC unit for me and I couldn’t be happier. He walked me through everything he was doing throughout the process including taking pictures and sending them to me throughout the day. He threw in so many add-ins that he didn’t charge for and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and have everything I need - down to attaching the user manual to the side of the furnace and taking pictures of the part numbers to make it easier to register for the Lennox warranty. He is an expert at his craft and I’m delighted to give him a 5 star review.
